Works great, but you need to remember the steps to follow for the L'OR Barista
I use this descaler with my L'OR Barista coffee machine, and it works well and is easy to do if you remember the steps. It definitely improves the taste of the coffee after descaling. I suspect this dramatically increases the machine's lifespan. You'll know you need to descale when the buttons are flashing after making a cup of coffee. Steps to descale the L'OR Barista: 1) Remove the water tank and empty it if necessary. Fill the water tank with HALF of the Philips descaling solution, then fill it to the maximum level with fresh water. Put the tank back on the machine and make sure there is no coffee capsule in the machine. 2) Turn on your L'OR Barista coffee machine, remove the drip tray, and place a bowl with a minimum capacity of 1.5 liters under the coffee dispensing spout to collect the descaling solution. 3) To start the descaling process, hit the power button, and then press and hold the ristretto and lungo buttons simultaneously for about three seconds (these are the left and right buttons). Press the blinking button to start the descaling. This will take approximately 30 minutes and will start and stop a couple of times; you don't need to do anything while this is happening. 4) Once the descaling is complete, empty the bowl and rinse the water tank, refill with fresh water, and put it back on the machine. Start the rinse cycle by pressing the flashing button. The machine will run the water until the tank is almost empty, which will take about 3 minutes. Once it stops, you are ready to refill again with fresh water and enjoy a cup of coffee!

Descaling of Phillips 3200 Machine is absolutely necessary to prolong life of your machine!
Worked Great! Had a noisy and seemingly sputtering sounding Phillips 3200 Machine and the instructions provided (good YouTube videos I would recommend), your machine will thank you and your machine will be quieter, cleaner, remove smells and your coffee will taste better! Easy to use instructions! The manual states that you change your filter and descale every 3 months, but I have a refrigerator filter where I get my water and changed the filter and descaled annually. Just listen and watch your machine performance, it will tell you when it wants a new filter and descaled. : )

Good Product but Expensive
The Saeco CA6700/47 Espresso Machine Liquid Decalcifier does what it's supposed to do. It removes the scale from your Saeco Espresso machine so you can continue to brew espresso at the proper temperature. You might ask, however, whether decalcification/descaling is needed every month. Probably not. Since I use only filtered water, I only have to descale once or twice a year. That's a significant cost savings over $10 a month. If you don't like forking over that much money, you might consider changing your water. Additionally, another review mentioned that product doesn't include directions for models with automatic decalc functions. This is true. The product includes manual decalcification instructions for machines without an automatic function. The Saeco Intuita I have included an instruction manual with detailed (though slightly incomplete) instructions for using this product and turning off that annoying red "CALC Clean" light. Check your manual or download it online for precise instructions. Overall, this is a good product but expensive. If you use filtered water you won't have to descale every month, which will save you some money. I use white vinegar in my automatic drip coffee maker, but wouldn't consider that in my Saeco. This is the way to go.

Effective descaler
Works great. Easy to use. It did not come with instructions so I did have to look that up but was super easy and seems to really clean my machine well.
