First, this product works really well and looks great. We had a professional move up the plumming so that we can have the overhead rain shower and install the inner workings , we installed the outside pieces once we completed our DIY shower renovation. With the piece you can have the option to switch between the handheld and the rain shower. Second, customer service is excellent, i reached out to them twice and within 24 hours or less they replied. Third, any leakes you may notice may require an O-ring which goes inside the connecting to the spray and keep the water from leaking. We were missing this item which is why we reached out and immediately were sent a replacement. The pressure for both is very nice, we get many compliments and it the matte finish is a nice touch. Please consider this purchase for your perfect bathroom!

I bought this product about year ago when we were remodeling our bathroom. It looks nice and price is good. About 6 months of using the hand held shower button stopped working so you can't switch the different flow to it. We still use it , but wish it would of lasted longer than 6 months. Other than that everything still works great.

I was a bit worried when I bought this product, since it is not one of the main/favous brands. After installation and using it for a few days, I can say my concerns were not funded. The shower is great. Very good water flow from both head-shower and hand-shower. The metal quality and black cover see of adequate quality. I can;t find any reason for criticism. I am happy with the product.

Great value and very well made. Did have a defect with the fitting for the water spout to the hand held head but when I contacted the seller they went above and beyond to send the part. IExcellent service. Update over a year later still working like need and have no problems with scale build up plugging shower heads. Our water is not good due to living on the coastal area and we are always replacing our water fixtures. Even after having our water go to a treatment system first. I also uploaded a photo showing that you can modify and add a slide bar for the handheld head. Update 2021 still working perfect, no problems with scale build up.

We have had these for 2 years. Esthetically they looked great initially. We have hard water and have to clean almost daily to keep things from building up. none of the typical non abrasive cleaners would work to keep it clean. We then had to use stronger cleaners and they immediately peeled the paint. Any type of scrubber scratched them. They are so cheaply made that the rainfall shower head rusted out and fell on me. The outside hose rusted and the inside hose burst. It says has a 5 year warranty but there is no way to contact customer service regarding warranty. Do not buy.

We've had this for 8 months. 4 months in the Handheld shower head holster started giving trouble staying in place. Over time the range at which you can adjust the angle has steadily decreased to the point where it is only stable when angled to shower head is almost 90 degrees (straight up) meaning water projects straight forward... in you face or above your head depending on your height. Secondly the knob used to switch water flow from shower head to rain shower is constantly falling off. The Matte black coating is also not holding up well. I only clean with a heavily diluted water/vinegar mix, no harsh cleaning substances. It's now faded. Shower looks like it's years instead of months old. Overall these components/ material is of low quality. Otherwise the shower system is of an asteically pleasing desgn and the water flow from shower head and rainfall showerhead is good. This may work for a guest bathroom but not for your daily use.

Diverter was a little complicated to put it because most diverters are less than 1 inch this one was about 1 1/4” you have to put a little thought into how to mount it. BUT after all said and done this shower head and handled and pieces are quality they feel great and look great. Showering with the Rain head has been the most relaxing shower I’ve every had. I’d recommend everyone get one.

Just recently after a shower, the rain head will be shut off and then it starts to drizzle out and seems to go on forever. It leaks for at least 5 minutes. The only time it doesn't leak is if I only use the hand-held. I'm extremely disappointed and not sure what to do now.
