Are any ingredients from China?

No ID on label, but I would not use this product if knowingly any ingredient came from China. The Co. is from Park City UT Phone #800-683-9640. I check them out when 1st usage, give them a call.

Are they gelatin caps or hard tablets? Are there additional ingredients?
