Product is easy to take as it’s just 2 capsules. I was skeptical at first but I was surprised after about a month I’ve went from 245 lbs to today I weigh 214.3 lbs. which is slightly over 30 lbs of fat loss. I really like the product. I was skeptical at first but have been using this for about a week. It has boost my focus and energy suppressed my cravings. I take it in the morning or evening before a meal I can feel and see the results of the fat burning. I don't workout everyday but at least 1 or twice a week light cardio, pilates and yoga due to back injury.

These diet pills were amazing! I loved using these during my tennis season. I would honestly suggest these to all my friends. Taking these did not affect my performing while playing tennis, and it was so nice to be able to lose weight, cause who doesn't want to lose weight!
