Very bad stitching

Very bad quality of the bag, I just started my trip to puri and the bag strap came off, somehow I managed my trip, and being a rucksak it doesn't support the weight it should support because my bag is half empty and light in comparison to proper packed bag for trekking or camping. Really disappointed with the quality.
