Should this be refrigerated after opening? Also,how to use as glaze for roast chicken?

I have an avocado, strawberries, greens salad recipe that calls for balsamic glaze. Would this product work?

Yes. It is a great addition to salads and is already in glaze' format'. Less is more....don't put on too much.

I thought this was a ready to use glaze. Must I add something to glaze salmon ??

Yes, this is a glaze. No, you don't have to add anything to it unless you want to. I mostly use it for vegetables, but I'm sure it would be amazing on salmon.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Yum!! I'd had a delicious glaze on a caprese salad at an Italian restaurant and decided I'd like to have some glaze for use at home. I tried a few brands and was disappointed each time. Turns out they're not all the same. Not even close. Asked next time I was at the restaurant, and they said they use Roland's. Not quite the answer I expected! But I ordered a bottle of it, and I've since ordered many more. Never want to be without it. Love this stuff!

This balsamic glaze is so good and very affordable. I find it not to sweet and not to vinegary. It’s amazing in pasta and avocado toast. Best on Amazon
