where can I purchase a replacement pump ?

I thought I needed a pump because it had almost quit working. It was just plugged up with hair. Did you try taking it apart and cleaning it? If that's not it, you have to get a pump the same wattage, output, etc...just search pet fountain pumps. Now this will involve tearing the fountain apart and connecting wiring. My pump is e years old and still going strong, with monthly cleaning.

Where can i find these replacement filters??

From Amazon. They're listed as an accessory order. Or just put in honey guardian filters.

Why do the new filters have to come in plastic? It seems less effective than the fabric casing at trapping hair, not to mention more wasteful.

Not sure. My unit is working better without either filter. With either filter after almost a year it over flows.

Great so far

I’ve had this setup for 3 days so far and have not had a single problem with it. The app works and set up was a breeze. I have tested all 3 modes and all work as described. It’s very easy to clean and the tank detaches, and the water stays relatively clean. As of this writing, 3 days after setup I would recommend this and keeping my fingers crossed that it continues to work wonderfully

Wanted it to work

It is whisper quiet right when you get it, BUT, right after the 1st wash it gets louder. This is my second unit and both did the same thing. I'm not sure if I did something wrong. You have to wash everything. I'm very disappointed! I had high hopes for this.
