I’m 52 and was starting to get hot flashes. I was waking up every morning with my shirt off. I would get so hot my chest and back would sweat and I had to change my pillowcase every day. I don’t know what is in this supplement , but I don’t care. The resolution of hot flashes is enough for me to keep taking it. I’m usually inconsistent with medications, but I do not forget this one! This works great! I’ve been taking these for a few months now. They’ve really helped. I still get hot flashes. But they don’t seem as bad or as frequent. I’m glad I found thses.

Ive had menopause symptoms for 16 years. When the symptoms really kicked in I was in trouble. I’m hot naturally and live in the south. ( heat, humidity) the worst thing was the onset of a hot flash, as it hit my emotional state in a very bad way. They say mood swings but that didn’t begin to explain the sudden change and immediately after that the hot flash started. Night sweats were miserable. I heard about Amberen and even tho it’s too expensive, I tried it. For me, it was a game changer. It lessened my hot flashes although I still have them but not as severe. Same with night sweats, much better. The best and most positive thing is the emotional, horrible feeling that comes with a hot flash got SO MUCH BETTER. I did stop taking Amberen to see if there was a difference and the worst came back. Now, I haven’t missed a day of Amberen since. It’s only a supplement but how ever it works, it does work for me. I should have did more research. Product not recommended if you have any kidney concerns. Gave the unopened box to a co-worker who said it works very well for her.

My OBG recommended me to test this over the counter product before I consider something else. Honesty I was impressed by how it calmed me down through out the day. My sleep didn’t improve much but overall this product worked well for me. There are two pills you take daily and make sure you take them with meal, so you don’t get upset stomach. I am planning on keep taking it for a while and see the long term effect.

Hi, my name is Nancy, I am 50 years old and I lost a hundred bucks on the Amberen program. That my friends, pretty well sums up my review of this program. I DO NOT sleep well, I DO NOT have more energy, I DID NOT stop having what I call power surges (hot flashes) or night sweats, I am STILL cold nearly all of the time, (80 degrees and up and I am happy). And as for weight loss... well my wallet is quite a bit lighter, but that is not what I would call "one of my problem areas." I AM NOT SAYING THIS PRODUCT WILL NOT WORK FOR YOU. I have hypothyroidism and basically my metabolism is in a coma and I was hoping that this would help wake it up. It did not. I am active, I eat right, not a lot of junk (except for shark week. You know ladies, the week "before" when you will eat anything and nearly bite anyone who comes into your space!?!) the mood swings are still, well, lets say that sometimes my mood not only swings but dips and sways and tosses and turns. Basically, I tell my family to not make any eye contact, hand the lady the chocolate and back out of the room slowly. DO NOT MAKE EYE CONTACT AND DO NOT MAKE ANY SUDDEN MOVEMENTS, AS THIS COULD BE INTERPRETED AS A THREAT! Well, unfortunately I am no better off than I was when I started the program. I took the "normal dose" for the first 30 days, did not see any improvement so I bumped it up to the "double dose" as recommended by the included instructions, but still no hope. Again, I am not saying to NOT buy this product, but I just wanted you to be able to make an informed decision. I believe that if these types of products would give both the success stories as well as the unsuccessful study participant's feedback, then we, as ever hopeful folks, can make a better decision on what we hope might work for us. One more thing, the "money back guarantee" is worthless. Do not make a purchase based on those 3 little words. It is only a 30-day guarantee, but the enclosed pamphlet says to give the product at least 4 weeks to work. How do they get away with this? Well if you do the math, 4 weeks does not 30 days make. Other than the 3 little word phrase "I love you," basically the rest of the 3 little word phrases should be seen as a caution, i.e., "batteries not included," "to be continued," "I'll call you," "money back guarantee," etc. Good luck in your quest and I wish you much success. These symptoms will not kill us, as they have been ongoing for centuries now. However, my recommendation is to not let these symptoms define you. Fan when necessary, layer clothes as needed, change your sheets regularly, eat a piece and not a pound of chocolate or what ever works for you when needed, and please try your best to not "verbally kill" anyone in your world whom you would like to continue saying the good 3 little word phrase, "I love you."

For the first time in six years I've been sleeping 😴 through the night 🌙 I don't have hot flashes or night sweats anymore!! I was skeptical 🫤 it would work, but desperate for sleep 😴 I can say for me thus has been life changing.

I have been using this for over 10 yrs, I use to just go over to the US and pick it up at the Walmart or order it online, t now with this damn Covid I can't get over there so had to order on Amazon. With the exchange it works out much more affordable to get it from the US but I don't have that luxury at the moment.
