Good product and works very well on wound wrapping

I found that this tape does not stay put when I placed it on my ankle where there is movement when walking. The uneven areas of my ankle caused the tape to move about and it just came of leaving my bandage dragging on the floor. When placed on areas that are flat surfaces and have no movement , the tape held quite well. I had to purchase a roll of better tape called #M Nexcare flexible tape and this tape stays put.

Genius! I can hardly believe that this exists. The extra-wide roll I bought was great for a sizable surgical wound but can be easily cut to size. The area is now dressed better than when I came home from the hospital, and I'm clumsy. It stayed on so well that I was afraid it would hurt to take off. It didn't! Removing the surgeon's tape was torture but this came off easily and left no residue. If you want to use an antimicrobial dressing like sillver calcium alginate, this appears to be the key to the puzzle of how to keep it on but let the wound breathe,l. Any gauze or bandage is going to stay put underneath.

This tape is fantastic on delicate skin and has worked with adhesive sensitive skin as well. The seller was extremely quick with shipment time as well.

I love this product. I have used it on my hands and fingers to keep bandages from coming off. It’s easy to cut them in the appropriate size. The tabs that cover the adhesive come off to enable placement with little effort. I have thin skin and a problem with dermatitis, especially on my fingers. Until I found this, I had to replace bandages several times a day to keep little fissures and abrasions from being exposed. They couldn’t heal. Now I make a mosaic of strips of retention tape to put over the dressings and everything stays in place until I remove it or it gets soaked. It is not waterproof, so I put nitrile gloves on when I know I will get my hand(s) wet. I am also very pleased with the length of time the package has lasted. I don’t use them constantly: just when needed.
