What is the difference between the Classic and Premium models?

Hi, the only difference right now is that the Premium model comes with a wooden mortar (made in Spain with pine wood from certified sustainable forests from Galizia and Basque Country in northern Spain) while the Classic model comes in plastic (european origin plastics free of toxic components such as BPA, BPS, PVC, Bakelite, Formaldehyde and Phthalates). In few weeks we will also have available the Vegan Milker Soul version with the container in thermal shock resistant glass and the lid in bamboo. Kind regards.

When might the Vegan Milker Soul version be available and if so, how much money will it cost?

Good morning and happy new decade! We are non stop working on a new Vegan Milker Soul version with the jar also made with thermal shock resistant glass but with a handle and with a conical shape so that it better fits any fridge. It should be available in summer as first we need to make long "in-use stress tests" to the different prototypes that we already made. Kind regards.

Can you use any immersion blender or only the one in the video?  Wish the video showed how to use what comes in the box.

You can use any domestic hand blender over 350W. The video in our Amazon Store shows perfectly how to use Vegan Milker in the 18 seconds that Amazon lets us upload. In youtube you have the complete Workshops on how to make plant milks just searching "Vegan Milker", same as in our blog "plantmilk (dot) org". Dish washer safe?

Sorry, I can't tell you for sure, as I threw the box away. I don't have a dishwasher, so I handwash everything. I have been scanning their website for information on this, but it doesn't say. They clean the filter manually. I suggest you contact them to find out. What I can tell you for sure is that it's a wonderful tool, and their after sales service is awesome. If you purchase it, you won't regret it, even if you have to handwash it. :)
