It’s a nice product. Fits nice. Clasp works good. Easy pairing. The app is easy to use. Just can’t figure out how to keep the time format on 12 hr. It stays on 24hr no matter what option I choose. The face changes by its self also. Other than those two things I’m please for the price.

I can barely close it. The band is way too short. The instructions print size could have been larger and clearer to understand on how to set up. Activities that can be tracked seems very limited. I haven't been able to sync it with the app. I will be returning.

Watch is stylish and comfortable. The app works well and seems pretty accurate. The only draw back is the clasp as it unlocks/unhooks way to easy making it fall off at random times.

The face of it looks great. I couldn't wear the watch because the band is too small. Only for thinner wrists I guess! Will return.

Got this in August and it will no longer take a charge. The closure started opening and it would fall from my wrist. It always tracked my walking as a few hundred steps less than my phone.

I love this smartwatch. Granted, this is the second I have owned and I am not into the incredibly expensive kind.The functions work perfectly. You can switch between 3 "watch faces", one in military/24 hour time and the other 2 in 12 hour time format. It looks great and I can wear it to work or to work out (though i consider it more jewelry than utilitarian- which is what I wanted). I had this on my wishlist and got it for Christmas and am VERY pleased. I get text and phone call alerts as well as fitness info. And the watch syncs with the phone app seamlessly.The only holdback that I can see is that the instructions are from someone who uses English as a second language. This is not an issue for me at all and I can figure out most things that are electronic ( a watch, anyway). If you get frustrated by this or can not figure out how to make things work, this may not work as well for you. Though there are plenty of instructions, tutorials, and box-openings on line.

Bummer. I liked it, but the latch does not stay latched. Had it replaced. Same issue. A little big, but doesn’t latch soooooo.....
