UPDATE: The plug ended up being faulty and I asked if there was any replacement parts as I still like the hot tub and the seller just said it's not under warranty so they can't help methey can't even point me to any replacement parts that I'm willing to buy? Going to just have to throw it away and I'm honestly upset about it.Was honestly scared because of the few reviews this had but to get reviews people must order so I went for it! In LOVE! Easy to put up and operate! One review said this needed a 30amp breaker for itself. That's a lie. This thing works just fine with many other outlets to the breakers we have. The cover is snug (but I can do it and I'm a small woman) but that makes me happy because of kids and not sure why people would complain about a snug cover. I bought work out mats to go underneath of it instead of using the mat provided and it works great! Got up to temp in 24 hours and it's nice! I'm in it every night! The best thing is that the heating element is inside the hottub wall which is the main reason I bought it!**Edit 10-12-19Buy extra filters and filter cleaner! Its a small filter and will need changed once every 2-3 weeks depending on how often you use it. Also suggest using bromine instead of chlorine Because you can use chlorine but it will burn your eyes on the smallest setting.. still love this thing!**Edit: 12-10-19Still a great hot tub! The filters are more of a 2 time use and throw out but still not a huge issue! We have it in a garage and it works great!

BUYER BEWARE. Although that may be a moot point, since it appears that Amazon no longer sells this item. WE LOVED IT! ...at first. Now, not so much. We got 7 months useage out of this thing before the problem started. The problem being, the GFCI plug "trips" now any time that you try to use the heater. I have tried troubleshooting the problem extensively. Initially, I even thought that the problem might be with the electrical outlet. Nope. I even went so far as to install a brand new dedicated 15a 600v GFCI outlet to eliminate the possibility...Something went wrong with the heater on this tub. Furthermore, the same problem occurs if you try to just run the filter alone. Because all of these components are internal on this particular hot tub, it doesn't appear likely that I have any other option except to junk it.I get that the GFCI plug is doing it's job and preventing a safety hazard. That is good. But now we have a hot tub that doesn't get hot. ( Or even filter to keep the water clean) USELESS!So, in summation, here are the numbers: 350.00 bucks.(+chemicals, +water, +electric) 7 months of enjoyment. 700 YEARS IN A LANDFILL!

Super easy setup! Warmed up nicely.Update 6/29/19. It needed to be a little more inflated after about a week and a child. Lol. Easy to do with tube provided and using the bubble button. Took all of 10 seconds.

Love the spa! My 13 year old daughter actually carried to the back, filled it up and started heating it up before I got home! I'm 5 foot 7 and can float my whole length without going diagonal.

This is a great little spa tub. I purchased the 4 person spa and I feel it's perfect for 2 adults. 3 or 4 would be okay but your going to be rubbing legs together. It can take up to 1 hour per degree for the water to heat up. My water was 60 deg so it had to heat for about a day and a half before it was 100+ deg. The heat setting can be turned up to 108. Mine got to 107 and that was too hot to get in. I had to let it cool down to about 104. The air jets are relaxing but they will turn off if you run them too long due to motor temp depending on the air temp outside I'm guessing. Wait 10 min and then turn them back on. Quality seems good. Overall I would recommend.

I had it for a week on my cabin deck, used it twice. It works really well so far. It's better to fill with hot water to start then plug in a few hours before you plan to use it.Easy to clean, dump water and refill.I plan to buy a second one for my main residence.

It's been up and running for about six weeks and we are very happy with it. We have no real land space for a spa, but this fits the deck and is not too heavy. Seems to be very well made and we are enjoying it. Gets plenty hot. Very easy to set up. Looks better than most fiberglass spas, which does not hurt.

We bought this 4 months ago. We maintained it regularly, always changed the filters. Then at 4 months the pump quit. We contacted the manufacturer thinking it had a one year warranty. They offered us $150 to get it fixed ourselves. This is impossible to do since it is a sealed unit with everything inside the actual hot tub. I wouldn’t recommend this hot tub or any other product offered by this manufacturer as they do not stand behind their products.**UPDATE** The manufacture must have had a change of heart. They ended up giving me a full refund!
