Good sound, long-lasting battery

I blast all my music on this thing. Seriously, I listen to all kinds of music and this one speaker for 30 bucks cant be beat. Screw your useless 10 or 20 dollar speakers, spend the extra money, get this speaker. Its loud, high quality, and plays my kendrick perfectly perfect. Best speaker in the game at this price for sure

So caveat, only been using this a few hours at home, but here are some initial things: - Connection was easy after moving it more than 6" from my phone (Pixel 3). - Quite loud. - Sound is fine, though nothing crazy. I'm definitely not an audiophile, but the bass was definitely a bit tinny. But not like painful to listen to or anything. Adele sounded good, some psytrance less good. The hip hop mix I have and the metal mixes were definitely bass lacking, but will be fine for everyday casual listening. Super subjective there without any gear or an ear for it though. - Using my 2.4GHz network, there was some stuttering, probably due to interference from the Bluetooth because it went away when my phone connected to my 5GHz network. - Connection was good to about 30 feet through 4 walls (across three rooms), and then it started breaking up. Putting myself between the phone and the speaker completely broke the connection though, so wouldn't recommend that distance. - No jump 15 seconds ahead or back button, which I didn't even think would be an issue until I was listening to a podcast and realized I had missed something that was said. The was surprisingly annoying. - No battery life indicator. - MicroUSB charging only. I'll update if something else becomes notable. Update (roughly 1 month): - The battery life and the jump-15s things are actually more annoying that I thought, but it's obviously workaround-able. - Cannot change the volume from my computer (a Dell with Win10 v. 22H2), but can from my phone (Pixel3) - Holding it is surprisingly inconvenient. You end up either grabbing the buttons on top, or the grill on the front. - I like the sleek black color, but (a) I actually manage to lose it sometimes it my apartment because it's so unobtrusive, and (b) the front and back look extremely similar, so it can be hard to see immediately which side is facing you.

I love it!!! It's loud, it's waterproof, it's a great portable size without sacrificing sound quality. That's exactly what I needed

If you own a desktop computer, the power & quality is equivalent to a middle tier desktop computer speaker without a subwoofer. This is the best bang for buck speaker there is. I didn't go with the current Soundcore 3 because that requires an app and I'm one of those Eastern Asians that thinks the CCP is creepy as hell. Soundcore 2 does what it needs to do and the price is low. That's how Chinese needs to operate. Give me the necessities, keep it low cost, and don't be creepy with apps. The one I really wanted was the Sony ULT Field 1. But I don't want to spend 120 on a BT speaker class that's desktop speaker level. 25 is a better deal. This is supposed to be all about convenience and for me to bring to fencing class and competitions when I'm on my break. I don't like headphones because I need to listen to the announcements over the PA at competitions. This is perfect in my sport equipment bag. Another good thing about this speaker is that I can charge it with my power Bank while it's playing so I can take this to a field and do exercises for hours and have it on full blast. USBC port is a wonderful feature. I have plenty of cords for it. I also like how secure I feel with it that it's not sought after like the JBL. I don't have to worry about theft. I also think it sounds a hairline better than the JBL Flip 6. So yeah, I highly recommend it.

overall quality was reasonable for the price; sound quality was acceptable (not great). I had intended to use it on the boat, but the volume was not sufficient to be heard clearly over the outboard. Ended up returning it to go with something more high end but still waterproof.

I love this little speaker. The sound not comparable to a big system obviously, but it's well built and has been on camping trips and sound very decent for such a small speaker.

A very good, and usable Bluetooth or connected speaker. I have always found Anker products to be of good quality, and well packaged. This Bluetooth speaker is very good for what it does cost wise. It will never compete with a much more costly portable speakers, but is perfectly adequate for folk who just want to listen to audio sound that is better than from a smartphone, Laptop, or Tablet. The charge lasts for ages too. This comes with a short charging lead, but you will have to purchase a charger, or use a smartphone charger with removable lead. This speaker uses type C USB port for charging, and also has a 3.5mm stereo socket for connection if Bluetooth is not possible. Unfortunately, you cannot use the Soundcore app to tailor the sound quality on this particular Soundcore 2, but sound quality is adequate for the size and price. I do not think you will be disappointed for this price. I have purchased some as gifts, and everyone is happy.....so far!

Brilliant, battery lasts ages, sound quality really good with nice bass, for the size and price, this Anker portable Bluetooth speaker is a great choice.
