These book ends do the job, but a bit more weight would help hold up the bigger books. However, the size stops them being too obtrusive. Overall, they were a good purchase and value.

These bookends look great on the shelf, hold a decent amount of heavy books and don't slip at all. My only qualm is one of them was slightly bent on the end when it arrived, meaning it wouldn't slot under tge books nicely. They were a gift for my boyfriend who is a bookworm and he loved them.
