Faith In Nature Natural Fragrance Free Hand Soap Bar, Sensitive, Vegan and Cruelty Free, No SLS or Parabens, 100g

I have used Simple Soap and QV simple soap for years. This product is proving to be really good. I have been using it for a few weeks. Up to now it is a very good soap. It is a bit more expensive than Simple Soap but worth it.

I usually make my own soap. Unfortunately I took ill and have not made any in 2 years. I bought this as a substitute. I'm highly sensitive to fragrances and this is great. Doesn't fully keep my eczema at bay, great alternate though. I keep a bar at my parents and my granny uses it now as hervskin is much more sensitivevand fragile. I highly recommend as a gentler soap for sensitive skin.

Edit: this soap lasted me almost a year when using it for just washing the body. Didn’t use for washing hands or hair. Great quality, fast delivery, very good price. No bad chemicals. Just what I need! I check on the yuka app by scanning the barcode and the soap came back as 100/100. This means there are no harmful ingredients if you don’t know the app. Shampoo and body wash from the same brand that are scented did not come back as 100/100 though. Personally would recommend this soap it’s lasting me a very long time now. Over a month I’d say. Hope the review is helpful!

I wanted a basic, natural soap bar and that’s what I got! Suds up nicely. Very drying though, especially if you tend to wash your hands more than three times a day, your hands WILL get dry and flaky so keep lotion on hand. Another thing I noticed was that this soap can and WILL clog a drain if you use it often. I used it as a body bar in the shower for a couple months and my drain would get clogged so quickly - every time I cleared it, it was caused by soap build-up from this soap bar. Ever since I stopped using it in the shower my drain hasn’t clogged. I’ll use it as hand soap too and even my sink would get half-clogged from the build-up, but it was easier to clear with hot water compared to my shower drain that needed more care. The build-up is also visually evident on your sink bowl but a disinfecting wipe will easily clear it. I am the type to use soap more often and more at once so it’s probably why I’ve had some issues with this bar, I’d say if you don’t use it as much then it’s perfectly fine :)

Soap good value

I have very severe excema on my hands which makes hand washing/using soap generally an immensely painful experience but this soap did not irritate my hands at all allowing me to wash a lot more thouroughly, and I don't believe it has dried them out much either. Would definitely reccommend to people with sensitive skin and dry/injured hands. Smell was also not particularly unpleasant unlike some unsecented soaps, so thats nice.

Lovely quality

The soap bar gives a really good lather and lasts quite well but unfortunately for me it left my skin dry and triggered itching and pink patches on my forehead and arms so I have had to go back on my eczema cream to calm it down. Not recommended if your skin barrier is already compromised but I think it would be okay for normal skin.
