Holy Crap Plus Oats Breakfast Cereal, 11 Ounce

Amazing cereal. Due to medication, I have to eat enough protein and fiber etc for breakfast or I get nauseous and sick, it is horrible. This keeps me full till 12-1pm and no nausea! I'm losing weight too and love the taste! Note, serving size is only 2 TB, don't eat more, esp when first starting to add to your diet.

Tastes fine, but a lot cheaper to sprinkle some chia seeds in your regular oatmeal.

This is the perfect breakfast cereal. I've been trying to get myself to eat breakfast and this cereal makes it enjoyable. Gives me a nice boost of energy and a good "full" feeling not the gross kind of full. Will be ordering again.

I didn't think I was going to like this. I really thought I would just tolerate it because it's "good for me." I was wrong. It's quite tasty with no weird texture as I feared. I mix it in with my oatmeal and it's really good. I'm trying Skinny B next!

I gave it away as a gift. they have not used it

I should have read the ingredients more carefully. The cranberries are infused with sugar, instead of organic apple juice. Not for me, I'm afraid.

I adore this product mixed with Almond Milk and warmed in the nuke-u-wave. I stir, set to BEVERAGE, and by the time I have put everything away, my bowl is ready. It is filling, smells of cinnamon and tastes good.
