Comfortable and Effective - Don't Let Incontinence Interfer w/Quality of Life!
Give yourself time to devise process and procedure. You will know exactly when the diaper is necessary. After Obie emptied his bladder outside I knew he wouldn't need one inside for a few hours. After he ate and/or woke he ALWAYS went for a walk. He was 19 so a precise schedule was not possible. Our walks became shorter and shorter - my aim was to bring him home on "empty" and tired enough to rest without anxiety or aggravation. He was blind and deaf; the nose was going too which was his greatest asset. He LOVED chicken BONE broth (no salt, onion or garlic) and was an avid partaker on approximately 1/4 cup when he woke and after walk. That broth kept him perky and comfortable to deal with daily events. Up to his last day with us he still had an appetite for Dr. Marty's dog food morsels soaked for at least 3 minutes in the bone broth and I sprinkled in Dinovite granules along with a their few drops of lickachops plus a bit of collagen from bulletproof. Oh! Unsalted rice cakes soaked in a bit of chicken bone broth was a great treat for him too. His vet recommended canned organic pumpkin (NOT for pies) which kept him regular and happily LAPPING up loudly his food bowl. Seizures got him in the end. The diapers were a godsend! I was not able to lift him outside during an episode. Even before that I didn't have to worry about him waking and beating him to the apartment door before he lifted a leg! Oh for the doggie door he grew up with, none here; went from large house with doggie door to apartment with zero doggie door. Anyway... back to diapers. Once his bladder was empty for the night I would line his diaper (he wore medium during the day and medium for night with pads made for incontinent women, extra absorbency and extra long) - then large was for the double wrap to last the entire night) Wrap the first with extra padding one way - for instance left to right to secure then the back up (second, large wrap no extra padding) the opposite way. You'll see. Sometimes the wraps come off if he brushed against something that hooks the secure point and pulls it away completely like a kitchen drawer pull or up against the sofa or bed. Again, you will see. A close eye when you first begin to use will help you figure out the configuration that works for you both. As long as Obi was strong enough to jump up on sofa the diaper did not interfere with getting up or down. Then he usually would sleep on his large, tempurpedic cushion with an extra cushion I'd place for his neck and face - he liked to spread out a Basenji trait. Their tails uncurl once body is relaxed and all fours are stretched out. He was an amazing companion and a very, very smart boy. If you've any question please reply to this post (if possible). Here's the Bottom line: Do Not Hesitate to purchase diapers for your puppy/young or elderly dog! I highly recommend them.

Worked very well for my 70lb Senior Pup!
My senior pup started to have some bladder leaking a few months back. Usually around the 4-5hr mark after heโs been outside. Unlike other boys that pee on everything, he only pees on the grass. Although he goes outside 4-5 times a day, for some reason - even though I take him out before his breakfast, his bladder leaks about 20min after he eats. Probably because his happy tummy pushes on his bladder a little bit. These have been a great solution to that. He wears it at night and also during the day, just in case. It is super-absorbent and the yellow line turn blue when itโs been collecting urine. Although he doesnโt relieve himself in it, the absorbent band covers more than half his waist - which means itโd hold the contents of his full bladder without clean up. He walks a lot and there have been no cases of it slipping. His fur is also intact- the closing Velcro is genius! He doesnโt mind wearing it a single bit!!! Itโs very soft and comfortable, moving with his body while staying in place. One thing Iโll mention is that I ordered this 3 times and each time there was a problem with the delivery. Third time was the charm and Iโll definitely buy this again. Highly recommend it!!! Update: I had an unusually long day and this boy fully emptied his bladder in this male wrap. It held every.single.drop ! And it was a lot of pee. No spillage, not a drop on the white marble floors. In the beginning it took me a few days to get used to how tight I needed the Velcro to be fastened (I kept making it too loose) but now Iโm a pro. This thing is genius!!!

Works Well for Marking Papillon
Single Sentence Review: While a bit expensive, these are our go-to belly bands since they work for and fit perfectly on our 10lb papillon. Full Review: Our 10lb papillon is a bit of a marker and he's smart enough to do it when no one will catch him in the act. So, I turned to belly bands. Unfortunately, all the reusable kinds seem to love that thick/wide velcro, which my dog hates. I ended up finding these to try as an alternative. Now I absolutely love them and they are the only ones I'll buy. He appears to be wetting them less often now too (but that isn't brand related). Pros (in respect to my boy): Great fit Easy & Quick to fasten Keeps him dry No slipping for extended periods No leaking (holds a full bladder's worth) Cons: Price Disposable only Side note - I'd be a fan of some color options so they aren't easy to miss. With my boy's white coat, if someone isn't paying attention, they can let him outside without noticing it is on. And if they find a way to put this type of fastener on a reusable, I'd jump on those in a heartbeat.

These are great!
These doggy diapers have been a savior for our household! We rescued our adorable Shih tzu / Maltese about one year ago and we were never able to break him of his bad habit of peeing in the house when we would leave. He wouldn't do it every time, only occasionally. Anyways...this was horrible! We had just moved into a brand new house and my husband was losing his patience with a dog ruining our brand new carpet...then I found these and they have been perfect for us! They fit our dog nicely and always catch everything...which is incredible because we've been pretty impressed at times with how much the diaper was holding when we would come home. Our dog is about 13-16 pounds. His circumference around fit within the small size so we originally started with that which seemed to fit fine, but I now use a medium because it's a little wider and I think there is less of a risk of his little man popping out of the diaper...which happened a couple times with the small. Although, the medium is a little too long and doesn't strap at the right point...but luckily it still sticks just fine so that's what we use now. Someone said in their comment that the claim that these are Velcro isn't correct and that it's a sticky strip...this is not true. It stays in place using a mild Velcro that still adheres really well after multiple uses. If you need protection from doggy incontinence, these are perfect for you!

First package was great...then they cost reduced their design. The cheapened, (but same cost to me) product is disappointing !!!
Bought one pack in January to keep the 15 year old, nearly blind, and senile Schnoodle from forgetting himself and peeing in the house without realizing it. The first bag worked great. The velcro fastener was marvelously reusable, allowing nearly a week of repeated use before tossing a diaper with a little spotting in it. (Can't use it forever, that isn't sanitary and could cause a doggie UTI.) The couple of times he did forget himself and peeed in the diaper, the gel inside turned the color stripes from yellow to bright blue on the outside. That works like it's supposed to. Liked the product so much, so the doggie could have free reign over the house, that I bought two more packs a month later. This is where my disappointment started, and the reason for only 3 stars instead of 5. Vet's Best cheapened the velcro fastener, making it very thin and narrow. It now doesn't grip as good as the first baggie of product. Boo...hiss. I may look for an alternative brand now, as the newer product has come loose several times and fallen off of the dog's torso.

These are the best wraps I have used for my 17 year old
These are the best wraps I have used for my 17 year old, 25 lb mixed breed dog. I have used fabric wraps I needed to wash, pads for humans that I stuck to a permanent wrap, and other brands of disposable wraps. The fasteners on this wrap and be opened and closed many, many times (I have never had the fastener on Vet's Best fail - other brands do fail immediately). We have tried both small and medium - they can both be made to fit, but I prefer the small unless I am going to be away from the dog for many hours - in which case the mediums work better just because they are bigger and will hold more urine. Some days my dog goes through 4 wraps, other days he stays dry. He wears them all the time that he is in the house - he has never messed with it, never even tried to rip it off, and it stays on until I take it off. It is very absorbent and has never leaked. Because my sweet pup has doggy dementia and high anxiety when I am out of his sight, using these wraps have given me peace of mind. I will not be euthanizing him because of peeing. They aren't cheap, but if I am consistent about letting him outside every few hours, it is worth the money I have saved in carpet cleaning and enzyme cleaners!

A triumph of design and comfort!
My boy is not a tiny dog, but he is extremely svelte around the waist, and instinct told me to buy the small size for him notwithstanding the breed/size ranges referenced in the product description. The result is sublime. He seems not to feel the diaper when it's on, and once I open it and spread its wings, attaching it takes less than a second. The adhesive is pure genius -- like a micro-thin velcro that really holds tightly, and yet pulls apart so easily that I can remove my boy's diaper while he's running around; and because the diaper is ultra, ultra, ultra absorbent, when I do this running-around-removal maneuver, there's never any leakage to the floor. I have been using washable diapers up to now, and these are a wonderful idea, too . . . but washing these makes their velcro closings become hardened and nearly impossible to pull apart, over time, necessitating that I buy replacements for them over and over again. Disposable is not great for the environment, of course, but I try to offset my contribution to waste and global warming by continuing to live as a vegan (now in my 35th year as such). . . Do buy this product unless you have a washable alternative that works well enough not to need regular replacement...

Worked pretty well
We bought these once when our usual brand was out of stock. I liked these for their strength. They never fell off or seemed to loosen much. There were a few times where they couldn't hold everything when my dog had an accident and pee leaked out, but not too often. They stayed put, which was nice. There were only 2 things I didn't love: #1. The waistband part that velcro on the top of his back was HUGE. Like, super and unnecessarily wide. I didn't understand the point of that, because the velcro strip was actually pretty thin and narrow. So it just seemed bulky when it didn't need to be. #2. The pack only comes with 30. Our other brand has 50, which means I don't need to reorder them as often. The price was ok, just wish they came as a bigger pack. I'll probably buy them again, though, so overall not bad.

Quite pleased with it
Compared to reuseable ones I bought, these have better fit. More accurate to size of my pet. The high quality reuseables, I forgot to add in that review that even getting the largest size they have, its not as big as their stats indicate; I had to augment the velcro with a couple strips from fabric shop, to complete the too short grip of it and complete an effective closure. They trap a lot. Its kind of tricky to fit first off and there were a few escapes it didnt catch, once you get the hang of it it wont fail. There are wings (of sorts) covering part of each side of the velcroish stuff; unfold entirely and stop it from being stuck on it again, or there will be spills out the side. Otherwise, I like them. Reordered them.

Pannolini per cani tg. L

Great product but price is too high.
They work well & seem to stay on longer than the other brands I have tried. They are pretty expensive. I wish they were cheaper so that I could continue to buy them. I am trying other cheaper brands now for my senior dog.

Amazing, highly recommended
These diapers are amazing and have made our dog happier. Our large labrador cross turned incontinent overnight and we have been told to medicate him with propaline syrup but until we can see if this works we need to use diapers. We purchased these in a size L/XL and they are a perfect fit. You have to make sure they are secured tightly enough else they will leak but equally not too tight that they cause discomfort. This may take a couple of attempts to get right so we ordered two washable reuseable absorbency mat pads which catch any overspill and protects his bed and our wooden floors. We use these overnight only as the absorbency is exceptional. During the day we use the Vets Best washable diaper with Tena pads if we need to pop out shopping etc as this gives us peace of mind he is comfortable and the house is clean when we come home and saves us we a lot of work cleaning up. I would highly recommend these diapers to anyone with a dog who is suffering from incontinence.

Good quality and fit.
These came quite large, but my terrier is in between a small and medium fit. Good quality though, will try the size down next.
