I bought these for my daughter since I know RRL can help with period related symptoms and she doesn't like tea. She refused to take them, so I take them and they seem to keep me feeling pretty even all month long.

This herb is great for inflammation. It is also great for the onset of a cold, because it will dry you up. Just do not over do the dosage recommendation or use it for a long time, take a break, because it will leave you with a dry feeling around the lips.

Clearness Acne and help with menstruation/period
It’s awesome, it balances hormones, provides vitamins and minerals. It helps stabilize the period flow, it won’t stop it but it will lessen the heavy bleeding. It also helps clear up skin/acne. It is probably doing other great things to the body: We use it at home once a day and when the “time comes” 3 x’s a day to balance and flow. It works every time!! It also eliminates painful cramps.
