Guilty. I read reviews and still took a chance. But, it was my error. See, these terminal connectors are two sizes and they are labeled (+) and (-). I didn’t realize and I broke one, just like others commented, trying to spread it open to fit it on the terminal. The positive is slightly larger in diameter than the negative. Glad it came with 4 because once I realized, I was fortunate to have two more to correct my incompetence. Once you put the correctly labeled connector on the correct terminal, they fit just fine. Even come with terminal shims to shore up any play or looseness. I’d recommend not trying to spread them open for more room to fit. Just put the correct ones on the correct terminal. Quality is good. Wire connections are really good. They look good and they work. No issues with conductivity. I paired these with upgraded 2 AWG battery cables. Handled it everything.

I have these on several vehicles, and my boat. The multiple connection points work great for adding electrical accessories and aftermarket car audio components. they've also came in handy to replace bad OEM pre-made terminals, popular on so many vehicles these days, that have enough wire to cut off the old terminal and install these in their place. For marine use, plan on replacing every two years if in freshwater, or once a year in a saltwater application. But they're cheap enough that replacing them is just a drop in the bucket compared to what we spend on our boats. For automotive, they'll last a little longer, but they will start corroding after a couple of years. A little terminal protectant makes them last longer.

This is the most impressive12 volt item I have ever purchased. Easy to use. One for + one for - sharp design. Great quality. Worked perfectly. I really like to Protective clear covers to keep the outdoor elements from directly being able to affect them. Easy to install function perfectly.

The good: the terminal bodies are substantial and have plenty of space for adding taps, and seem pretty sufficient for supplying juice to more accessories. They're also pretty inexpensive for what they are. The bad: the gold-tone crossbolts that hold the terminals to the battery lugs appear to be made from Grade -1 scrapyard junk melt and have approximately the tensile strength of Parmesan cheese. Threads pretty much turned to dust. Not really a big deal since these aren't expensive terminals and high quality bolts and nuts are at most a few bucks from your local hardware store. Grab the square-head ones while you're at it. Minor gripe is that the set screws on the big holes protrude too far for the covers to fully snap down even when screwed down on ~8ga wire. If you're putting in boom bass subs or 1500W CB amps and running 1/0+ wire they're not gonna fully close at all without shortening the set screws or drilling holes in the plastic covers. Not a big deal, but once again, level expectations to price. The ugly: I think these are really designed for truck/RV batteries or something so if you're using a littler battery you're gonna need to shim the negative. This requires a bit of fitment but it's not that bad and it at least comes with shims. I ended up cutting up both with snips and using 2 pieces to get a tight fit. Not really a big deal since this is the kinda stuff you do when you're modding your car and putting in "universal fit" parts, if you just want everything to bolt in with no hassle, stick with OEM or pay someone else to deal with the fitting.

Very impressive product. It has multiple cable sizes capability and is perfect for lead acid battery connections. The machining is excellent.

They work, I like the fact that i can easily ad power wires or ground wires to these batt terminals.

Really surprised by the quality these, I had a loose battery cable and these fixed it right up very easily, they clamp very tight to the wires and have room for some accessories to attach.

Don't waste your money. Metal is about as soft as playdo. Strips as soon as you tighten more than finger tight... fortunately I only need it or for one terminal so learned my lesson and tightened the second one just enough so it doesn't slide easily. Hope it will last untill I can get something better...

Fancy looks nice works ok but i would prefer to get a real tough one

Even with the supplied shim removed I had trouble getting the connector to fit on the battery post, I had to spread it more than I would have liked, and I kinda forced it on a bit, I had to file down the lead post to make it fit, but it has been installed now for a few months, it is good and secure, allows for upgrade to the big 3 for car stereo wiring, and also there is not corrosion. The connection is pretty good, just be prepared as the Opening for the battery post might be slightly on the smaller side, but overall I'm happy with it for the price.
