My 250 tablet bottle of this supplement (bought in 2016) lists the ingredients: L-Selenomethionine 100mcg Other ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, Stearic acid (vegetable source,) and Magnesium stearate (vegetable source.) Magnesium Stearate is perfectly safe. Search "Dr. Axe Magnesium Stearate" to start your own research. Ignore the fear trolls on the internet.
