I had a problem with my ZT15,lt was a lovely attractive looking scooter ,and comfortable . I contacted the company whom only operate from 0900hr -1500hrs. I explained my issue. After carefull consideration l askedif l could choose a different model.This was not normal practice and had to be approved as further payment would be required. It was approved and l chose a red veleco Gravis and opted to pay the difference. It took a couple of weeks and a few phone calls but l must be honest,l think l may have been a little impatient ,but the technical support team ,listened to my request and were most helpfull in ensuring that l got my issue sorted. I have today recieved my new scooter and l am thrilled with my purchase .l can honestly say that veleco technical support sorted my issue ,thankyou Michel and team

FANTASTIC SCOOTER, BEST EVER
I WAS GOING TO SEND THE MOBILITY SCOOTER BACK, THANK GOD ( OR WHO EVER IS UP THERE ), I NEVER. FANTASTIC SCOOTER AND SERVICE. NOW A CAN GET TO THE SHOPS WITHOUT WALKING, I USED TO STOP HALF WAY BECAUSE MY BACK HURT SO MUCH. NOT ANY MORE, THERE AND BACK IN 15 MINUTES, INSTEAD OF 45 MINUTES!!!!!!!!!!!!. HELEN KNAPP

Not sturdy
This 3 wheeler tipped over with me on it after going up a curb 3 ppl had to get this off me and no am suffering major back pain and hip and seller is no help at all!! Don't buy! Look good but arnt
