Unlike other rigid, bulky duel lightning adapters, this product's design is good. However, the quality is very poor. After a few days usage, the plastic jackets were falling off. Also, the connector is made cheaply: after a few days, the connection for both audio and charge becomes unreliable: you never knew if the phone would be fully charged when you woke up next day morning.

I connected it and an alert comes up with the message: this device is not compatible. I lost my money because I am in another country and I cannot make a refund

I bought another splitter that only worked for 1 week before it started to say "Accessory not supported". This splitter has no problems and connects everytime, works perfectly. Also I like the 2 wire design over the solid block splitter, it allows for the earphones to go one way while the charging cable goes the other.

They were perfect for a two week trip. Did not let much longer than that unfortunately. Would buy again though!

Like you may have expected, after about a month, it says that it cant use the accessory

This only worked for about 1 month. Very poor quality

I was so very hopeful about this great idea. But it’s a dud. Charger doesn’t work for more than a few minutes at a time. Headphones work at all times but charging stops shortly after connecting. This clearly defeats the purpose of this product. Totally useless now. Very disappointed.
