I've owned my professional forged and insanely expensive Wustoff knife set for over two decades. These German steel beauties are the iconic brand everyone is supposed to want. I like Hinckles knives. They are affordable . They are sharp. Only Disapointed that the handles are plastic. Other the that they work fine

Practical, well made daily paring knives

I love these knives. They stay sharp and are comfortable in the hand. I purchased this set to replace the lost paring knife from my previous set and I am sure they will last just as long. They are dishwasher safe. Great value since they last forever.

Not the quality I expected from Henckels. Seem cheap and flimsy. Didn't even peel my apple very well. I mean it is a paring knife, one would think it would at least peel an apple quickly.
