Although pricey, this bean was so tender and flavorful, it is a highlight in a pasta dish. I am very impressed with the entire line of Jovial foodstuffs.

The jars arrive broken almost every delivery. We were away for vacation for one month & the box sat unopened (inside & air-conditioned). Yet, when we opened the box, over 1000+ small bugs (not kidding). We had to disinfect the entire area of our entry. The beans were fermenting in the broken glass. The beans are delicious. But there is a better brand : GiGi (Italy) . You can buy GiGi beans at Milano Grocery in Montreal. But not in the US that we can locate. Gigi sells a much better product. The liquid is thinner in the GiGi. Both companies products are excellent. I wish we had the choice for GiGi beans on Amazon. Both sell delicious (although expensive beans). Needs better packaging .

jar was open. bean liquid all over, had to throw away expensive beans. no return policy. what now?

Seal broken and jar leaking upon delivery. Because canned beans can’t eat and not safely returnable. Disappointed!
