Are they Elastic or Semi-Elastic?

I think they're semi-elastic. They certainly have some stretch, but not a lot. I don't know that I've ever used elastic wraps, so maybe I don't know the difference.

180 each, but they are terrible wraps. The material does not wrap well at all. I ended up throwing them away because I forgot to return them in tons time.

They are elastic and do stretch. They are not quite as stretchy as some other brands and are a little stiff the first couple uses, but once I used them 2 or 3 times they softened a bit and these became some of my favorite wraps to use under my gloves for cardio-kickboxing and bought them in a number of colors and patterns.
