I was very skeptical about buying this valet. It came today took my hubby maybe 30 minutes to put it together. No parts were mixing or broke no damage and it’s very sturdy. I’m very impressed with this itemIt took me a few weeks to convince my husband he needed it now he loves it.

Had a spot in master bedroom of new home. Like to put out clothes for next day the night before. Well made and easy to put together.

This came with all the parts. Took 5 minutes or so to assemble. No major issues. I do think the part that holds the mirror and jacket could’ve been a bit more sturdy but overall it’s not bad and will work. For about $20 more you can get a drawer, nicer base, as well as two studs on the side for a belt or tie. I wish I would’ve seen that before buying this one. Oh well.

Sturdy, well constructed. It makes my room more stately. Like a five start hotel, one of those upscale ones that have the guy out front to move your car. I’d like to see Motel 6 have this kind of class. (Spoiler: they won’t) If you want to tap into your inner fancy pants then this is the valet for you. 9/10

Winsome Wood Valet Stand. A decent purchase for the price as long as you aren't particularly fussy about being able to assemble a complete outfit in one place. Pros: Solid wood construction, easy to assemble, everything fits together nicely. It's sturdy enough for it's valet function and (mine at least) doesn't rock; it sits stable on my hardwood floors. The stain is nice as well; a dark espresso, evenly applied. Not as shiny as the photograph would suggest; the stain/wood doesn't look cheap at all (as a matter of point, it blends beautifully with my very pricey espresso stained watch storage case). Cons: While the stain/ wood doesn't look cheap, the mirror certainly does -- I ended up removing it after a few days. The valet itself seems a little short to me (I'm six feet); I'd love it to be a bit taller. This was even more frustrating when I was using mirror, you have to look way down and the angle for tie knotting is awkward. The biggest shortcoming (and I knew this before I purchased), is that there is no place to hang your shirt or belt. Hear me out: one's suit jacket sits beautifully on the attached wooden hanger, with suit pants and tie folded over the front bar and shoes/socks below, there's even an impression on the wooden shelf to keep cuff links from sliding off, but there's no elegant place to hang a dress shirt (under the suit jacket leads to wrinkling; hanging on the pants bar leads to the shirt trailing on the floor) and my belt currently drapes somewhat awkwardly over the connector to the jacket hanger. I'm going to remedy the problem if I can - I plan to pick up a very small black L-shaped plant hanging bracket at the hardware store intended to space your plants away from a patio fence. I believe the right sized one, screwed into the front of the suit jacket hanger with the arm and hook facing over the back of the unit will provide a space to hang a shirt and belt without wrinkling/floor draping.
