Alto Saxophone Backpack Case Soft Sax Gig Bag Lightweight 15mm Padded

This item is great quality! My daughter is in the Marching band and needed this because the hard case is heavy and uncomfortable. She says this is lighter and more comfortable in her hand. I definitely would recommend.

Does the job

Really well made! This is a really good bag for a youth player who needs something not as heavy as the hard case that came with the rental instrument. We have insurance for the rental but the hard case was awkward and heavy for our child to transport to and from school. This Wishave backpack case is easier for our child to carry and travels really well. We would not check this case with a airline but could work really well as a carry on bag. The seams are double stitched and cord re-enforced. There is lots of padding to protect the instrument and even a re-enforced spine for added protection for the instrument along the vertical axis of the pack. If we have any issues on our travel trips with this bag I will update our review, but this product seems really well made.

This is a great little bag that's pretty sturdy. The zippers are thick and will last. Lots of pockets and compartments. Can be carried like a backpack or by the sling strap. Way better than slinging around the old school case, especially for kids!

It’s adequate and fairly durable. There’s barely enough room in the accessory pouch for essentials. HOWEVER, the zipper on the pouch easily came off as I closed it … right before a gig! I had to cut the pouch open with a pocket knife to extract the mouthpiece, reeds,etc., thus destroying the backpack’s utility. This product would have lasted me much longer than the two years I’ve owned it, but I’d recommend buying a more expensive one with extra room for sheet music.

We are exceptionally pleased with the quality of this product! Our daughter has been using it for two weeks now and she is thrilled with how much lighter her saxophone is when carrying it back and forth to school. I hope it holds up well!

Cleaning out my in-laws house we found my brother in laws Buffet-Crampon saxophone from the 80’s. While the saxophone was used only a brief time, the years in storage had been rough on the case. I just needed something to store the sax in while we decided what to do with it.This case was the least expensive I could find and works, but if your plan is to take it in and out frequently, I would keep looking. My wife also pointed out that there really isn’t room for sheet music or anything else.For me, the case worked, but I am still dissatisfied that the case doesn’t focus on usability.

My daughter started music last year but would complain about carrying a heavy case. Saw this one and it's perfect. Lightweight but well padded. Keeps Saxophone safe. She can carrying on her back light a bookbag. Great purchase.
