On time and still frozen
Delivered on day 1 of the 2 day delivery window and still properly frozen. Considering today is apparently "the hottest July day since records began" I am suitably impressed.

Well packed and fully frozen
The rats were fully frozen. Well packed and smell nice. They look in good condition and delivery was prompt. My snake is vey lucky this Christmas. Thank you.

Wrong size delivered rats delivered
Ordered 10 x 50-90g received 10 x approx 65g so effectively all small so package variance is very deceiving. Weaners are incredibly expensive now so to get all small is not good. Will be returning them. Can’t go to Butcher and pay for either 500g or 1000g . Won’t be buying again.
