I really liked this gel for my curly hair! It helps define my curls, reduces frizz, and gives a nice shine without leaving my hair stiff or sticky. This is good quality! The oils keep my hair healthy and shiny and when I fear I have used too much, it does not clunk my hair together in a sticky mess! It keeps my curls sculpted without the frizz and it still smells sweet and fresh as if I had just gotten out the shower. It holds the girls all day long. I love this stuff it works great without feeling thick or heavy.

The Product works pretty well at creating and holding curls and waves. It’s got good hold as some of them can last into the next day if you prep right. However, it’s a little heavy for fine low porosity hair so a little goes a long way or else your hair can look greasy. It has a slimy sort of gel texture to it but the bottle makes it easy to dispense. The price was really good so I didn’t mind that it didn’t necessarily work for me because it didn’t feel like I wasted a lot of money. Very light and pleasant scent.

Nice holding power, thicker texture so you do not need much on damp hair! Use it daily and very effective since my hair is normally straight!

I have loved Fructis curl sculpt gel cream for years and was so unhappy when Amazon stopped selling it. In desperation I tried this. It is the same stuff with a new name. Same slippery texture, same bouncy hold without crunch. I love how easy it is to apply, and it holds well all day without being a sticky mess. The next day I just brush out my hair (not sticky so I don’t rip half of it out), wet it down in the shower, and apply a little more and it looks just as good.

I purchased this gel because it had good ratings. I’m not sure of the hold. It doesn’t leave any cast. Hair is soft to the touch after using. I think I’ll try a stronger hold next time
