Excellent helmet! After taking a bad fall roller skating, I needed a helmet! This helmet fits great - snug yet comfortable. Has good options to adjust the fit. Comfortable and the color/style looks great in real life!

This helmet is great! It’s not too heavy and still feels solid. The thick adjustable padding is a lot more comfortable than my previous helmets. The sizing is true to size with measurements I took of my head. As an old dad trying to get back into skating with my kid I wanted to promote wearing protective gear and look cool (as cool as an old guy in a helmet can look). I’ve had a few big wipe outs on my board and it’s been a life saver. I had bad wheel bite while testing my board and fell backwards on pavement. This helmet saved me from a good slam and didn’t get scuffed up in the process. Now I’m getting one for my kid and would recommend for anyone who wants solid gear that looks good.

Functional, cute, right fit for my big head. I have a hard time getting hats and helmets, but this one fit me right without the squeeze on the sides like other helmets. It sits low enough too that it's not so dorky sitting on top like a hat. Strong, cute color pattern, adjustable fit pads, good quality and value and will protect me proper when I inevitably fall. This helmet comes with different padding inserts to perfectly fit around my little’s head. I know she has a couple years to grow with it. The quality is great, all helmets make a head hot but this one doesn’t sit over the forehead as much which I think helps with its comfortability. I feel satisfied If there was an accident it would protect my little’s head very well. She loves the color and has no problem wearing it when she wants to ride her bike. While pricier than some of the others I think it was worth it for the quality.

So I just started skateboarding this week and wanted to get a reputable and safe helmet to protect myself just in case. Per Google and Amazon, the top choices for helmets were this one (Triple Eight) and another one by OutdoorMaster. Although the comment sections for both helmets are plenty they, unfortunately, didn't help me much. I found a measuring tape and measured my head around and at a little bit of an angle per the instructions (57cm around with my hair down). The sizing information stated I would fit right at the beginning of the L/XL helmet size. I was really nervous due to my hair and how other comments stated the helmet fit snug with not much breathing room. Granted helmets should be a bit snug for safety but you also don't want to get headaches. I live in Arizona and it gets HOT here - I need my helmet to move around a little bit since I know I'll be working up a sweat in this. I went ahead and ordered both the OutdoorMaster and Triple Eight helmets - 2 helmets each per brand. I didn't end up going with the OutdoorMaster helmets due to size, comfort, and profile. (I'll post my review of their helmets on their Amazon item page.) Triple Eight helmets are actually worn by well-known skaters - no joke - you can see Tony Hawk wear their helmets on Youtube and other skaters on Instagram. I ordered the L/XL and XL/XXL helmets. With a 57cm measurement, I tried the L/XL first and it was SNUG with NO breathing room. This is the helmet that should have allowed me a 3cm gap with the max in this size being a 60cm head but it was solid. If I wasn't too worried about the heat here and maybe more concerned or falling I might have kept this one but it just didn't feel right. The helmets come with extra thicker padding for the inside if the consumer needs it - I can tell you, my head would not fit in the helmet if I used those. Then I tried on the XL/XXL helmet and it was like night and day! It fit really well, not too loose, and I had room to move my hair around if need be. If I wanted to use the thicker padding later on I would have some room for it if I wanted to use those instead. I am really happy with the XL/XXL size helmet with a 57cm measured head. I highly recommend sizing up in purchasing one of these or buying 2 sizes as I did to test them out yourself. The helmets themselves are sturdy, comfortable, and feel well made. The "sweat" liners are easily removable and can be washed on delicate. I am happy with this purchase and will be recommending Triple Eight to all new riders I know.

While this helmet is a great choice for both protection and comfort, I did have a bit of a challenge with the sizing. The helmet comes with two sets of pads for adjusting the fit, but I found it tricky to decide which to use. With the first set, the helmet wasn’t snug enough, but when I tried the second set, it felt too tight. Once I found the right balance, though, it felt secure without being uncomfortable. Since this helmet doesn’t have an adjustable dial like some others, the sizing could be a bit more accurate. Overall, I’m really happy with the helmet!

Its well made the 2 sizes of cushions make for a really good fit you can mix a large with a small for that custom fit , a good value for the money measure your head to get the correct size helmet

Buena calidad casco ,uno talla s pero con el relleno puede usar una talla más grande quizá o sea s/m .

El casco se siente muy bien, pero creo que si ya estás invirtiendo en seguridad conviene el que tiene ajuste milimétrico, en mi caso el casco queda super bien de los lados pero un poco flojo al frente y atrás por la forma de mi cabeza. Creo que iré por el que tiene el ajuste milimétrico de la misma marca. El diseño, la calidad y el color se ven muy bien.

The default padding that comes with the S/M feels too tight for my head size of 55cm. Having tried many helmets, I think the shape of this helmet is not suitable for those with a slightly squarish head shape. It feels like the foam is pressing hard against the top of my skull even without any pressure. I would not recommend this helmet at all.

Very vibrant colors. Good regulation of size which does not move around. Quite scratch resistant.
