This stuff actually works for real.... I used this product the day of taking a pre-employment drug test and it still allowed me to pass despite it being an actual lab test ordered for a government position. I had been vaping dab oil daily and smoking bud regularly for months until 6 days before learning about having to take this test. Since dab oil is super concentrated it is expected to stay in your system for 1-2 months when smoked regularly but I was still able to pass after using this! Leading up to the test I drank water regularly the days leading up to it and then a LOT the day before and day of. I was already testing negative the night before my test just purely off dilution but I wanted to take this detox too just in case. Woke up at 6:00AM the day of the test to down the bottle. People aren't kidding when they say it's rough... I thought I'd be able to put it down easily as I am used to chugging nasty ass mass gainer shakes and various preworkouts/workout drinks but this thing really pushes you to your limit even on an empty stomach. I was able to down the bottle after 3 long pulls with about a minute long break in between each to burp a little and compose myself to ensure I don't throw up (yes it is very rough and it kinda burns too!) I did as the instructions said and refilled the bottle with water which I also downed over the course of the next hour. By 7:00 it was all gone and let me tell you, this stuff really does flush you out. I flowed for a good 2 hours (both 1 and 2) and then it finally calmed down. I also took a couple B complex pills so my urine would be somewhat yellow about 1 and 2 hours before the test. I also didn't eat anything until I took the test. I planned on taking it at 9:00 (everyone suggests trying to do it around 3-4 hours after taking it) and was receiving a solid negative result with a home test and a decent yellow color in my urine. However, when I showed up to the hospital they told me I needed to wait till the next appointment at 10:30 to do the collection despite the slip saying that walk-ins were fine. I was kinda freaked out because I was afraid that waiting 4 and a half hours would cause me to miss the optimal window but I kept drinking water and some cranberry juice hoping for the best. When it came time to the test, the color of the urine was quite convincing from the B complex vitamins (a little on the neon green side but nothing too crazy at that point.) I retested again right as I got home and got a very faint negative result (~20 minutes later) so I was pretty sure I was good. Finally got the test back after a few days of anticipation and it was negative! If this can work on someone that has been smoking dabs religiously for months before testing (not to mention it was an ACTUAL immunoassay lab test), then it should work fine if used as suggested in the reviews (I can't speak to the people who partake up until the day before testing though. If it doesn't work at that point that's on you.) Would highly recommend this product! Although the consumption and couple hours after aren't very fun, its definitely worth a couple hours of discomfort if a job is on the line. Just make sure you have access to a toilet for a couple hours after drinking it xD

I can’t express to not base your purchase on the reviews do more research on the product it’s. I bought this review because of the “amazing” reviews in preparation for a preemployment drug screen. Full disclosure, I only smoke on dab pens though puff on it on a daily basis. I am about 231 and 5’5 female I had previously stopped smoke and doing the lemon and lemon juice and raw unsweetened cranberry juice trick including drinking about 100 ounces of water a day. On the morning of my test I took this as instructed but once almost done I INSTANTLY threw up over myself. I went into the shower to finish the rest incase I threw up again with no warning. The taste was not bad but at 30 ounces my stomach said NO MORE!! I got out the shower set my timer for 15 minutes then drank the 32 ounces of water. For 35 min in I had already peed twice ready to do one last at home test. About in hour in still drinking water I instantly said to myself this is not good I violently Threw up but then felt the urge to pee well I STILL WAS VERY VERY POSITIVE!!! I rescheduled my drug test however I am now extremely sick from this beverage. I have not ben able to hold anything down since 10am and I am typing this right now at 11pm still so sick to my stomach. I highly recommend you do extensive research as you may be that one not so very lucky as everyone has been. Best of luck!

This stuff works. Drink it all Fill with water Drink that all. Pee three times. Any pee after that is clean and clear for a day if you stay hydrated.

I’ve read many of these reviews, a lot of them 1 star because this product didn’t work for them, of course it’s not going to work 100% but there is a lot of variables to it! I smoke cartridges not flower but I smoke at least one gram a week nothing over the top. I weight 150 pounds and don’t exercise on the regular but not out of shape by any means. I figured to give this product a shot and it worked perfect! I stopped smoking 3.5 days before my drug test for my new position and I passed with flying colors! I finished the drink 1 hour before my test and boy let me tell you this comes out of both ends so you might want to buy baby wipes 🧻 so be prepared for a complete detox! Just follow the directions and allow yourself enough time to get clean and you’ll be fine!

I’m not sure what thickness is referring to but if it’s the consistency and texture of the liquid you drink , I would say it’s maybe most similar to Gatorade but has a weird almost spice that stays on the tongue for a minute. Nothing foul or gross, in fact the fruit punch flavor is quite tasty but it’s a unique taste for sure. This stuff is the real deal though, should jot have passed my drop at all, in fact I took a test at home way later at night the morning I dropped and passed , and even though I passed earlier that morning , hadn’t done any illicit at all and even maintained eating healthy the rest of that day, night and week... and when I peed at home it was a big fail. Here’s the key though- give yourself at least a week to prepare before the test, preferably 2 weeks. And If the job or whatever you need to pass a piss test for means that much to you, then follow this and hopefully you have the same results I did: a Minimum of 7 days before the drop Stop smoking / drinking / doing drugs : cigarettes and vaping if you can / start eating just salads / stop drinking soda and coffee/ start drinking green tea / lots of water / cranberry juice / I took a 5 day detox pill supplement but i honestly don’t think it did anything and I ate 6 capsules in the am and 6 in the pm for 5 days , I bought a 5 pack of 12 panel drug urine tests from amazon , took one after completing the 5 day cleanse and still was dropping dirty. So then I bought 2 of the detoxify mega clean drinks. One was a practice run to see what happens and if it works and the other was for the day of my actual test. Dead the directions on the bottle and follow them exactly as it says. Now on the bottle it says to pee frequently about 3-4 times before your test, I recommend peeing 5 times and then that 6th one is the golden piss of purity. Reason I say that is because I used 2 more urine test cups I had with the practice run bottle, initially I wanted to do one to see it’s clean and on 3 hours later to see how long my window of time to drop would be. Well let’s just say at my 5th pee , some toxins has disappeared but not all. Granted this was a 12 panel test, most places use 5 panel so the things popping up for me are simply due to the specificity and wide range that particular test captured but needless to say I was more than bummed about it. I go out and smoke a cigarette , drink a half cup of cranberry juice and have to piss yet again which isn’t uncommon at all when drinking this much Fluid. There was another cup on the back of thr toilet seat so just for old times sake I peed up to the line in this new cup to see if there would be any change with zero confidence at all anything would happen. But low and behold hands done across the board I was clear and clean on all 12 by that time , that’s when I knew how good this product is !

Update 4/22: I’ve been smoking for 14 days straight 4 puffs 2-3sec holding breathe THC oil only( lab tested at 78% thc). I ate only a small meal at 8am and nothing for the rest of the day. I consumed the first precleanse tablet (6) within 4 hours of my morning meal. Drank an entire bottle of mega clean at 2pm. Fill it with water and drank that as well. First test came back a solid positive. 30 mins later a test result was a slight fainted line for negative. Around 345-4pm, I went ahead and took 3 asprins, 2 cranberry tablets, 1 Midol, a new half bottle of mega clean ( 1.5 bottle consumed in total )Drank about 40oz of water. After 3 hours of original bottle and tested 3 times with negative faint result. Went to a late employee testing and passed. My employer does not send it for lab testing. They only look for any the two likes to appear and qualify that as passing. Overall, it worked for me in the past for experiment purposes and worked on the actual day I needed it. Please note the asprion, cranberry pills, Midol along with the mega clean was absolutely a horrible combination and most likely a toxic mix for your body. I couldn’t risk losing my job and didn’t know the outcome of what would happen if I consumed all this. It was a total nightmare in the bathroom for 2 hours before I could even leave to my actual testing. Be prepare for the fluid to exit out of the wrong way. Original review: 5’5 120LBs. Smoke ONCE A WEEK, two big puffs at 80% or higher THC OIL for 4 weeks straight. I decided the following week, I’d do two days at two puffs each totaling 4 puffs prior before doing this experiment. The day after I smoked two consecutive days, I tested positive for THC. I started with the detoxify pre cleanse. All my results the after were positive for THC. The next day, I decided to drink 50 FL oz per 4 hours give or take while still consuming the pre cleanse. I notice a slight change in the line. After I finished my 50 FL oz of straight water. I started using this drink 16oz ( took 30 mins to consume, nasty AF )+ additional 30 minutes of 16oz if water and immediately seen quite a change in the line during per hour test. The test appeared to be solid faint line which I would consider a negative rather than the previous tests. I’ve invested my time for those of you who are in NEED of a cleanse for drug testing. Drink lots of water. Literally. You want to dilute your urine as much as possible. NEVER use the first urine of the day. ALWAYS urine 2 seconds of the first urine prior before putting it in the cup to perform testing. WHY? Because the first 1-2 second contains most of the levels for you to fail. After 2 seconds on average, the rest of the urine is more diluted with water/cleanse. Look at the picture for complete details. Also, my wife DOES NOT smoke often. She is 5’0 95lbs. She did not use any type of cleanse. I was using her as a test dummy. Everyone body performs differently. My suggestion, if this is for your job/probation or whatever it is. Invest in yourself. I spend under $50. Doesn’t hurt to spend $50 to save your job or risk yourself getting violated. Goodluck!

Last time I smoked was 20 days ago, I am 5ft 6inches and 160lbs woman, I was a heavy smoker, but quit because I want the job that will drug test me. I have eaten no acidic foods, no fats, no nuts, no dairy and no sugar for 2.5 weeks. I have been drinking 1 gallon of water per day for first 10 days and then 3 quarts roughly other days. I used this drink two times and it did not work following directions to the tee. This product is a rip off for heavy users does not have nearly enough of the masking/cleanse ingredients for heavy users - don't waste your money.

Worked for me, I’m ~115 pound 22 year old female with a fairly good metabolism and low, but not nonexistent body fat. Stopped smoking 9 days before the drug test (which was a urinalysis sent to a lab - I was informed that it was a highly sensitive test); however, I was worried that I would need longer metabolize the THC because I had being smoking a mixture of regular weed as well as dabs on an electric rig almost daily for about 7 months straight (since the last time I was drug tested), and I usually had at least a few hits on days I did partake. I drank about 96 oz of water a day during the 9 days that I didn’t smoke, didn’t drink alcohol, tried to avoid fatty foods, worked out a couple of times (just don’t workout the day of your test!) started a 7 day herbal cleanse pill regimen, tried chlorophyll drops one day, and drank a lemon charcoal detox drink a few days in. **I am very certain that the detox pills and drink could not have cleaned my system out in this small amount of time thoroughly enough to pass the test using them alone.** On the day of my test I almost thought I was done for when my program faculty moved up the time of my test, leaving me with only 2 hours ahead to chug the drink instead of the recommended 3-5 hours. Then I reaaally panicked when I was further unable to follow the directions to a T - didn’t chug all 32 ounces (I probably left about 1/6 in the bottle), didn’t refill the bottle and instead ended up drinking the 32 ounces from my regular water bottle, drank most of the water about 30 minutes after drinking the detox versus the recommended 15 minutes, but drank the rest of the 32 ounces of water in the next hour-ish. I WAS able to pee 3 times before the test. Some other details: • the flavor of the drink was not bad, it was the acidity that almost burns your throat, and the slight grittiness that made it hard to drink • it took me about 10-15 minutes to finish what I could of the drink • on the third time that I peed before the test my pee was CLEAR AS DAY (panic) • had a few more sips of water after that and about 10 minutes later I took the test and urine was light yellow • I used the clean catch method • this caused a few bouts of small diarrhea along with the frequent urination in the hour and a half after drinking Overall I would definitely use this again if I was in another desperate situation, but I would prefer the peace of mind that comes with just stopping for a month and drinking tons of water like I did last time. This stuff does not help u pass a drug test if your a heavy toker.

I use this special kind after a weekend of too much partying and I have alot of toxins built up. I use the smaller size "ready clean" if I haven't used much or have already had a few "clean" days and my body has already started cleaning up shop. They both work for my needs. Ive used this time and time again and will trust nothing else!! As long as directions are followed, it wont let you down!! Can be used for any toxins: prescription drugs, Marijuana, cocaine, any other non prescription drugs. It is important to stop using atleast 2 days prior to drug test for a guaranteed clean drug test!! Also this will clean you out back end first, so don't stray too far from the toilet!!!

I flushed myself out with water for a few days before urine test and drank the bottle as prescribed in its directions 2 and a half hours before test and I passed with no issue. I smoked 1 to 3 times daily so I'm sure it would also work for most folks.

Once it rids you of the toxins in your body you'll feel great for a week or two with better energy levels.
