The product is old and bacteria found when open.

The product sent to us was highly diplorable.
Packets were received with smell of moisture taken, Two types of organism live and moving could be seen from out side,not at all consumable for humans.l would suggest to pl. destroy the remaining lot. Valued at minus zero.

Insects in Sattu
The pack has insects moving. Received the package yesterday. When we opened the pack, we saw many tiny Insects moving inside the packet. Their policy says non-returnable. I tried to upload the video of Sattu with insects moving but due to technical issues, it couldn't be uploaded. Wondering if there is anything I can do about.
