I’m always skeptical about cheap electrical devices, but this one does the job.

Works excellent.
Can't beat it for the price. It would be perfect if it had a magnetic back to hold it on the panels while checking the phase rotation.

Work well with secondary line power
This meter is simple and easy to use ,the only downside is this device will not function correctly with a Variable Frequency Drive , VFD .
