Poor quality
Had the bag less than 3 months and it started to fall apart. My daughter used it for school for 4 weeks prior to the school holidays and 2 weeks after therefore using it a total of 6 weeks and it’s falling apart. When I complained the company said there was nothing they could do as we’ve had it for 3 months. After saying that I would make a complaint to Amazon they offered a 50% refund which was still unsatisfactory as I now have to buy my daughter a new bag. Based on our experience I wouldn’t recommend this bag.

Very girlie, being pleasantly decorated in pink and white and with separate matching pen/pencil bag.
Came on time and was well packaged. When opened as Christmas present, my granddaughter was so pleased that it was immediately filled and packed ready for school.
