Impressionist Artists Go Fish for Art Cards & Book

These card have many uses. Their described use is to teach people about various schools of art. (I have purchased Impressionist and Modern Art cards). They come with a small book that describes the school of art. The cards each have a photo of a painting on one side and description on the back. As I said, they have many uses - here's what I do: I'm a consultant and I use them in training as a "getting to know you" activity. In my activity, each person chooses a card to keep and describes why that card represents her or him. So, use them as per instructions or make up your own use, they are lovely, informative, and inexpensive.

The masterpieces are not named. ..dates....etc? we'd like to learn something here , guys.Pls contact.......the rules are obscure to say the least. Maybe you could provide in depth rules andsuggest in depth the alternate games? please advise////

There are 36 DIFFERENT cards. There are NO matching pairs. As it is too much trouble to return them, I am going to buy a second deck so there will be two of each painting. Getting expensive for a "go fish" game.

Fantastic art cards! Fun to play with, discuss and organize. The cards themselves are thick and the printing is excellent. My granddaughter and I have a blast with these.

I liked the quality and variety of these famous art images, and found this a great resource for artistic projects, as well as for the games it was intended for.

Although I love it my young daughter who loves go fish could not care less about it.I love the fact that they are impressionist paintings, some of my favorite, however the composition is not too appealing to my 5 year old. Maybe modern artist would have been a better choice for me.None the less you can play go fish and learn a little more about the worlds most famous masterpieces.
