Overall I am very happy with the product. But a couple of things left me somewhat confused or disappointed.The unit is attractive, small, and quiet It has good airflow, and does make the body feel cooler. When water is placed into the reservoir, the unit does an even better job of cooling. I like the small, lightweight size. But due to that size, the unit is not suitable for more than one person. It has a direct, narrow airflow, and would not be able to cover the area occupied by two persons - even if they really, really liked each other. :)My accompanying booklet had very basic instructions in Chinese, Japanese, and English. I found the (English) instructions for the light confusing, and it took a few tries before I understood how to operate the color change function. The trick is that (when the light is off) you hold down the power button for 1.5 seconds to turn it on, then release it, and it will begin going through its color cycle. When the color gets to your desired hue, press and hold the power button again for 1.5 seconds, and the color that was active after 1.5 seconds will be held. Press and hold again for 1.5 seconds to turn the lamp off.I was confused that the unit had USB power, and a handle but no battery. The description that I saw, talked about the unit being portable, so I sort of expected to be able to use it, for example, at a park. But there is no battery. The USB power is actually a pretty clever way to ensure the unit is usable worldwide. But do not transport this unit with water in the reservoir. There is a notice on it that implies the circuit board can be damaged if the water splashes aroundWhen emptying the water from the reservoir, of course, there will always be some dampness left behind, so be sure that after emptying it you let it dry completely before packing it away for another season or whatever.I’d recommend this unit as a personal fan as long as there’s no expectation for simultaneous use by more than one person. But I would not recommend it as a portable unit - especially when filled with water.NOTE: I was compensated for this review. But I gave my honest opinion and was not swayed by the reward.

Even with the fan on full blast, it barely cools anything. To feel even the slightest of air, you have to be no less than one foot away. To feel any sort of "cool" breeze, you have to be no less than one inch away. That being said, unless you plan to hold this unit up to your face for the entirety of it's operation, it's a complete waste of money. I do however like the color-changing led lights on the unit; it makes my desk seem more "interesting" at night.If you're looking for a relief from the heat then this product isn't for you. As I type this review, I have the unit pointed directly at my face and I'm still sweating. I'm sure there are great evaporative coolers out there but definitely none in this price range. If you want something that works, you'll have to look at higher price ranges and not something that plugs into a computer's USB port.

I live in Florida. So this little unit is a great bonus when boating, sitting outdoors, or just next to the bed on a hot evening. The personal ac is easy to use. Add a small amount of ice to the bottom, fill to the line with water and start cooling down instantly. It plugs in using a usb chord. So you can run it off of a battery bank if your power is out. This isn't going to cool the whole room, but it does the trick when you are sitting close to it. It doesn't produce any noticeable water vapor. You can use this in the office too.

This ENKLEN portable air conditioner is actually an evaporative air cooler. It works great in an arid/dry region like Las Vegas. This will drop the temperature around the cooler area about 5 to 10 degree Fahrenheit. We use around my son desk since he like the colder air. We use the cold water from the refrigerator or by removing the filter & drop a couple of ice then put the filter back to maximize cool effect. Don’t expect it to cool a room down because it’s not big enough but for a personal space it work great. Great Product & highly recommended

I was very disappointed in several ways. You must freeze the coils in the freezer - You must add cold or ice waterThen, it did not distribute very cold air, nor would it cool a small bedroom. My small fan provided more cool wind than this cooler. Plus, if you turn this cooler, water flows out.

Good desk fan but definitely not cold air. The instructions say you can use ice to help make the air colder but I couldn’t get ice and the filter to fit at the same time. It was pretty pointless. I found just putting melted ice water was the best. I didn’t feel it did what it said so I returned it.

Can buy just as good at half the cost.

The media could not be loaded.  This little air-conditioner is portable with USB cable. I put it by my bed, on the dinning table. I also took it to camping. It is energy efficient that I used my portable USB charger that can last more than 4 hours. There are filters inside that is soaked with ice water so it keeps blowing cold air. It is very quiet. I am satisfied with this product.
