Photoshop works well, although the AI features are quite limited. I now find myself using the AI features within Gemini to update old photos, which seems to do a much better job.

I bought this from Amazon to save a few bucks, but now can't figure out how to get the annual subscription to activate. It's really frustrating, as it shouldn't be this hard to get it up and going without always asking if I want to start the trial subscription when I paid for the real deal. Just beware if you get this from Amazon, you may not find it as easy as you expected to make it work. I really miss the good old days where you just paid for the latest version and got a DVD to install and you were up and going with no problem.

I ordered this and have tried to download the program to my computer at least 12 times. I've restarted repeatedly. In every case, it seizes up. Most recently, it stops at 4.7%. I've gone online to Amazon and looked and I don't see anywhere where I can get help. Very frustrated. L

I ordered this a couple days ago and have not been able to actually download anything. Big waste of almost $300 do not purchase this product!!

It was not anything my son could use, waste of money.

I bit the bullet. I bought a full year’s subscription. I love Photoshop. There’s nothing quite like it. I am very happy with my purchase.

Wasn't able to download, but I gave 3 stars due to great customer service. And was able to be refunded. We will purchase again and hope we will not have any issues downloading.
