Great quality, good value and easy setup
I purchased this pressure washer after going through several electric washers for use around the house that seemed to fail after about 2 seasons of pretty infrequent use. Fired it up today, works great, lots of pressure and it draws cleaning detergent from the soap tank very easily (a problem with other washers I have owned, with very small diameter transfer lines). The engine and pump are easily accessible for maintenance and operation in the coming years, and the manuals supplied with the washer are very clear in describing how to maintain oil, gas, spark plugs and even valve clearance (.... and no more extension cords to trip over!)

Excellent value
This was an excellent purchase. Started right up, works amazingly, has a lot of cleaning power, and is easy to push around, as it is light weight. It is very compact and easy to tuck away. Very happy with this. Very basic assembly for the handle, hose, front rubber foot, and wand retainers. You will need an allen key and both a 10mm and 13mm socket for the nuts and bolts to said pieces. Put your oil in the engine with the supplied bottle nozzle and squeeze the oil into the reservoir until the bottle is empty. Put gas in the engine, and follow the quick start guide. Great machine and price. I bought a Janz stainless steel surface cleaner for it as well.

Very nice power washer!
Very good quality and very powerful. Very easy to operate and it came almost completely assembled. There were just a few parts to add and had excellent instructions.

Since Dec 2020, mostly good.
Often I wish for reviews after longer-term use of a product, so here is one. Bought our WPX3200 Christmas 2020. Came complete. Ahead of predicted time. Just installed wheels, added provided oil, and good to go. Maybe 15 minutes. At this point it has run around 50 hours. Normal house maintenance chores, mostly cleaning pavements and around our pool. Like: * Powerful. Haven't found anything it won't handle. Drives a pavement washer just fine. * Easy start, reliable engine. Started second pull first time and every time thereafter. A bit harder restarting when it's hot. * Mostly thoughtful design. Examples: Tip, wand, and hose storage. Oil drain makes change easy. Accessible parts. * Simple, rugged construction. Big wheels. * Customer service. See below Dislike: * Pump died at about 8 hours, 5 months in. Yes I had followed instructions to drain between uses. Even added Stabil pump preservative. Good news: Followed the warranty instructions and Westinghouse sent a new pump within 3 days. Easy install. Still fine at this point. My guess by the "no questions" way this was handled is that they had a bad batch of pumps. But that's totally a guess. +1 for excellent warranty support. * A bad design feature mentioned by others is the ease with which the pressure hose can touch the hot muffler, melting a hole in a few seconds. Guess how I know that? I now have a much longer hose (good addition) and zip tie the hose to the handle. This has worked so far. * The wand is short for a pavement scrubber. Initially thought it was fine but after hours of use my back says otherwise. A single, ~1 foot extension piece makes fixes that. * Wishful thinking: would really appreciate an easy way to drain the tank. Since this goes months between uses, it would be great to easily store completely dry. One more thing, a caveat: With gas prices high, refiners are maxing out methanol. Little engines don't like this. Methanol absorbs water, which causes various problems. Look for methanol-free gas. Watercraft areas like marinas and boat yards are a place to start. There are web sites with listings. If you must use methanol gas, be sure to run the engine dry and empty the tank between uses. After a month, pour what's in your gas can into your car and fill with fresh. **Added.** I bought a second one of these for use across the country from my own home, cleaning up deceased fil's house for sale. Selling the unit today. It has been perfect with about 16 hours of use during a 3-year period. No further pump problems.

Easy to setup and use
This is the only power washer I have owned, and I have only used it a couple of times so far. The unit was delivered in sturdy box with sufficient protection to prevent damage to components during shipping in spite of visible external damage to box. All listed items were included, and a few tools were included beyond what was listed. Assembly was simple and instructions were clear. The unit comes with storage holes for the different tips which is nice. Operating instructions were clear and easy to follow. Unit operates as advertised providing a powerful stream of water. It definitely feels about the same as a commercial self-wash car wash sprayer. This unit works with other pressure connection accessories. I purchased a foam cannon for use with this and it works either directly connected to the gun or at the end of the lace that is placed on the gun. I anticipate this will be more than sufficient for my needs which include: frequent car washing, deck washing, and some house washing. For house washing it will be powerful enough for the first floor. In the past I have borrowed a 1900PSI unit and I can confirm this is not enough for a 2-story house. However, this is a 3200PSI unit so I am hopeful that it will do an adequate job on the 2nd story. My only initial point of criticism with this product would be with the oil fill cap. It is less convenient than any other engine I have currently (car, motorcycle, tractor) as far as location. Also, the angle of the fill opening is very shallow and it is very easy to spill oil when filling. The fill opening is also very small, and I didn't have a funnel that would fit into it handy. The product does come with a cap is cone shaped that you screw onto the provided oil bottle, so the initial fill is OK as far as getting the oil into the small opening. I am guessing I will need to keep track of that bottle cap for changes; however, there is no built in place to store the cap on the unit. Would be nice to have a storage hole for that along the row of holes for the tips.

top quality reasonably priced pressure washer
So far this is a top quality pressure washer. Sufficient for most homeowner needs. Even with the lowest power nozzle I am able to strip old loose paint from my wood siding with no damage to the wood. Strips mold, algae, mildew like a charm, again with no damage to underlying structures. A breeze to assemble. Looking forward to many other jobs. Full disclosure: Ive only had it for a day but appears to be exactly as described and, after all my research, has had the most positive reviews on the market for best homeowner level reasonably priced units, which my experience beatrs out so far.

Works Great - Read for a few recommendations
Our old power washer gave out and we wanted a new one so I set out to research the best options. I quickly decided I didn't want an electric or battery power washer due to lower performance/power. I wanted one with PSI in the 2700-3400 range based on the jobs we would use it for (deck, fence, sidewalk, driveway, house and maybe cars). After researching it came down to a 2700psi or 3200psi Westinghouse or a Sampson power washer. Consumer Guides led me to the Sampson options as they raved about their quality, build level, durability and performance. The price was a little higher, but I wanted something I could rely on for years. However, as I read customer reviews I was surprised at how many 1 star reviews there was for the Sampson model I was considering. Plus, the bad reviews were almost all consistent with a terrible Kohler engine and a pump that fell apart too soon. I know all products will have 1 star reviews (this Westinghouse did as well), but 8% 1 star reviews on the Sampson with every complaint pointing to the same two key parts (engine and pump), plus horrible customer service reviews when people tried to get a brand new or nearly new unit repaired were just more than I was willing to deal with. So, I chose the Westinghouse since the 1 star reviews were only about 2% and the 4 and 5 star reviews were much higher. I did find that some people complained about the unit coming broken and not being able to return it to Amazon. However, Amazon was very clear that while you can't return the item you can get a refund or replacement if it comes broken. Some reviews had a broken/cracked gas tank or other shipping issues so I quickly decided that was not a worry for me and that I would pout it together and inspect it right away to make sure it didn't arrive broken or defective. It didn't and the assembly was quite easy with set up instructions and the parts each in their own bag that was labeled so you knew what bag/item to involve according to the instructions. Within 30 minutes I had the unit together and power washing. I will say that after reading the reviews I found some great tips that we decided to follow. First, we went to Ace Hardware and purchased a connector with a 60 degree angle so that the garden water hose that brought water into the unit didn't rub or rest against the wheel. I agree that this is a design flaw as the input valve is in the back of the unit just inside the back left tire and instead of pointing back away from the power washer it points directly towards the right side of the unit and the right tire. After reading a couple other reviews that suggested getting a connector with a 45-90 angle we purchased one with a 60 degree angle so that the hose then angled backwards away from the power washer and didn't rest or touch the right tire at all. Others had expressed that not doing this had led to their garden hose getting a hole worn in it by resting on the tire as the unit vibrated. The other suggestion that we did was to zip tie the power washer hose to the frame on the right handle right after where it attaches to the unit. Otherwise the hose comes out and runs right near the muffler that gets very hot. Customers had described how their hose touched the muffler and melted. A zip tie easily fixed this so that was not a concern at all and zip tying it didn't hinder the performance of the hose at all. We washed our large (20x12) Trex deck and 14 stairs leading from the deck to the yard, plus a rectangle table, 6 chairs, deck rail and our Traeger grill/cover all in about 30 minutes. Everything looked great and you could see the dirt easily wash off after a full fall and winter of not being cleaned. My wife even tested it on the side of the house and the concrete by the bottom of the stairs and it did great there, too. It's great that it comes with multiple easy exchange nozzles that also clip right into the power washer tray by the handle so they don't get lost. We've only used it once, but it worked great and was more powerful than our previous one. The 5 included nozzles will be able to handle every job we will want to do. So far we couldn't be happies and are glad we chose the Westinghouse model.

Great power washer
It has been a great power washer 3 years in. I have a ton of trees in my yard that drop leaves and lead to mildew in the spring and this does a great job cleaning my brick patio and driveway. Itโs a bit loud but it gets the job done year after year!
