Is this product dishwasher safe?

This product cannot be used in a dishwasher or dryer. Although it is a lock type, please note that the function to prevent juice leakage is not strong.

Is this air tight? I want to do overnight oats in this.

I have prepared my oatmeal the evening before and no issues, I do put a big thick rubber band around container to secure, plus I take to work and don't want it spilling in my car.

What is the 1 A required battery for?

I have no idea. I don't remember it saying that either mine. It sounds like a listing error. There isn't anywhere go even out a battery. Its a lunchbox pretty much. It's a great lunch box too and easy to clean. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a cute bento lunchbox. I would ignore the battery part though.

Does this keep food warm? My niece prefers warm rice or spaghetti. If we heat up the food in the morning, would it stay warm until lunchtime? Thanks!

This is because the container is made of polypropylene, not the double structure of stainless steel like products that have a heat retaining function.
