My family and I love this so much. My body craves it every morning, especially in the winter. I wish they sold 50 lb bags of it! The texture reminds me of the creaminess of cream of wheat but not gritty. I love that the kernels get tender and a little chewy, more like a congee but without gluten! A must try.

Super food! Cooks like oatmeal. I cook mine in water, and enjoy with fruit, a tad of Stevia, or a tiny pat of butter and brown sugar. These are nothing compared to oats! If you need to gain weight this will do it if you want to exceed the servings, or if you're on a clean diet and have liver or stomach issues it's a healthy addition to your diet, it will help you feel energized, focused, healthy and help lose or maintain a healthy weight when keeping your servings appropriate. I will always have this in my pantry verses oats, flavored oats which are high in calories from added sugars this ceral is for a well balanced diet for the entire family.

This stuff is awesome! I really wanted to find something gluten free that was like Cream of Wheat and this is even better! Easy to make and worth the price (it expand ALOT when cooked.)

Flavor is different from other hot cereals. Fresh and nutty, healthier than regular wheat and creamy.
