I really like this headband wig. The hair is soft with minimal shedding. Easy to install. I wear it up for work and down when I'm out. The delivery was fast. I received it before the due date. The company has really good customer service. They reached out to me to let me know when my wig was on the way. They also reached out to ask how I liked my wig and if I had any concerns. My friends all want this wig too.

It was very soft and didn’t have that chemically factory smell that wigs usually have. I finger combed through it to create more fuller and thicker curls. I would definitely purchase again. One thing though, although they have the three combs and a strap to secure the wig in the back. I find it odd where they placed the side combs and my wig still occasionally slips down every now and then. Besides that I believe the wig is very convenient and easy to use.

UPDATE: I had previously given this 3-stars, but I washed the hair and deep conditioned and it’s so pretty now! It even seems thicker after washing as well, but the ends are still a bit thin. I think that’s what threw me off initially. It’s like the top 3/4 is 180% density and the bottom portion is like 130%. I guess the thin ends make it look more natural, but personally I prefer it to be the same density throughout. It’s still really pretty after washing though and I’m hoping the intense black color will fade with repeated washing. I’m glad I kept it. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I compared this to my other 180% density headband wig and this is definitely not 180, it’s more like 150%, which is why I gave it 3-stars. The color isn’t a natural black, it’s more “black” black so looks a little fake and the ends are kind of thin. At least it IS true to length, which I can’t say about other wigs I’ve bought from Amazon and sent back. The headband part also looks well made and it’s smaller head friendly. Overall, it’s OK for the price. Could be better though. Haven’t decided if I’m going to keep it or return it yet.

Very pretty !!!! If you are questioning DONT! Out the package it looked a little thin, but after some combing and fluffing it looked really good. If you have a bigger head it may be a little tight. Very soft bc does not look like synthetic. The price was extremely reasonable. 18 INCH WENT TO MIDDLE BACK :)

I bought a headband wig three weeks ago from another Amazon vendor and turns out it was half synthetic so I was a little skeptical about trying again but Cynosure did not disappoint! If you message their social media you can get coupons and little gifts like 3D minks, my order even arrived a week early, their customer service is super friendly. The hair is very soft/full & it didn't shed during the co-wash, and it can be put into a half up half down style too.

Waste of money. I purchased a closure wig from this company a few years ago that was good quality. Apparently things have changed. I’ve had this wig for less than 2 months, rarely wear it and it feels like hay. Gets very dry and matted

Customer service was awesome. She answered every question I had( considering the fact that I was a new customer)in a very timely manner. She even checked to make sure that I had received my order. I was very pleased with the quality of hair and the wig construction. The curls are beautiful and the wig had a pleasant smell. Although I do not wear them I received a beautiful set of eyelashes as a 🎁.

I been waiting for a true to length headband wig. I may add some hair to it. It is soft, deep wave, it feels like human hair ( because it is). Very lovely. If you're interested in getting this 180 density, 26 inch wig, GET IT!!! UPDATE COMING SOON!!
