I bought this for my husband for Christmas. He collects knives from Elk Ridge...he absolutely loves their knives. I haven't given it to him yet as it's not Christmas yet. However I opened it and looked at it...looks great! I'm sure he will love it. I actually own some of these knives as well and they are amazing. Worth the money for sure.

I like the overall look of the knife and that plus other positive reviews caused me to purchase it. It is smaller than I thought it would be. The major bummer is the blade isn't very sharp and it does have blemishes which make it less appealing to the eye. I'll sharpen the blade myself and go from there.

Very good camping knife. It's short, strong, and sharp. The steel extends all the way to handle which makes it very strong. Doesnt wobble and van open cans.

Nice design, but it is smaller than you might expect. Fits a smaller hand comfortably. Decently sharp. The small size makes the burled wood less impressive, since it has less surface area to show the natural grain of the wood, and a smoother, polished finish would look better.. A minor issue I've seen in Elk Ridge knives is scratches on the metal, giving them a slightly shopworn or mishandled look (although not used). A pretty knife for the price.

for the price, the handle and blade are worthy of owning this. of all the knives cheap and expensive, i always take this one along too. with a tight grip its impossible to lose your grip on this knife. blade came sharp, easy to sharpen further... sheath adequate. its not a big knife, small blade. buy it.

Saw this little guy and figured I would give it a shot as a small general use fixed blade. Nice design however the handle was shaped in such a way to make it unusable and actually a danger to hold. I was going to return it but my son tried it and liked the fit (my hands are a bit bigger) so I gifted it to him.

Very good knife for the money little small but nice.
