9-9.5/10 and delicious
I'd rather give 9-9.5/10 for a few of reasons: 1) can be expensive per stroopwafel if bought at full price 2) reminds me more of a mix of cookies and creme Pop Tarts for after taste, but initial texture and flavor that resembles a blend of cookies and creme & chocolate fudge 3) they're small...and it makes me want more (good problem to have) Now for the good: These are delicious. Absolutely fantastic. They're adorable and cute. 35 cals...... there's no guilt eating these whatsoever (coming from a man who has a MAJOR sweet tooth and lost 90 lbs and has kept it off for over a year, at this point) If you get these on sale, DO IT. I haven't had anything shy of fantastic from the Rip Van brand. Tl;dr delicious little snacks. Buy them.

Really great little sweet snack
I love the size of these for the times when you just need a small sweet to get you through the day! It's also good for after a meal if you need to satisfy your sweet tooth, but want to do it way that's healthier. Each little wafel sandwich cookie has only 3g of net carbs, 1g of sugar, and 2g of prebiotic fiber. It's a sweet you can feel good about. I really dislike super sweet treats and I gave the flavor a 5 rating because of that. It definitely tasty. It's fresh given it's individual packing and easy to grab and go. I gave a 4-star rating for value as they are a little more spendy than I would think, but perhaps the ingredients make it worth it.

item was perfect and delicious but had trouble opening package
these are absolutely amazing. they were very fresh, perfect size, and the box wasn't smashed when i got it. the only issue was when i was trying to open them, i had to use a pair of scissors. i couldn't even rip it where the edge was jagged. but everything else was perfect

A Delightful Treat
I just recently stumbled upon these and wow are these delicious and with only 1g of sugar, they not only satisfy my sweet tooth, but help keep my waist cinched while doing it. Quickly becoming one of my new favs.

Awful!
If I could give zero stars, I would. These were dry, crumbly, and absolutely flavorless. That goes for the snickerdoodle flavor as well. I'll never buy them again.
