Ingredients Red Primo 7 Pot chillies, Carolina Reaper chillies, Naga Bhut Jolokia Peppers, Trinidad Scorpion Peppers, apple cider vinegar, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, sea salt, garlic, cumin. Directions Use as a seasoning to taste. Review: Tastes great and plenty heat - "The Hottest Sauce in The Universe Without Extract" – this was the hook for me. A lot of sauces claiming to be the hottest tend to gain their heat through the use of the capsaicin extract. Now this is fine you like the flavour of it. Personally I think extract tastes a bit stale and cardboardy. Admittedly you have to dig deep and 'taste' a fair bit of sauce to get to flavour, and only the you'll notice it after the initial burn of the chilli. So for some this might not be an issue, but it was for me. So with this sauce being made from mash you can really taste the fruit of the chilli and not just a contrived heat flavour constructed of some tomato-ey-bell pepper blend with extract. This has the proper heat from the chillies, so a good burn, plenty heat and plenty flavour in the aftertaste. If you're a chilli-head and appreciate the flavours as much as the heat then this is highly recommended. Not SUPER hot, but as the title suggests, near as hot as you get without extract. It may be a bit pricey versus your high street stuff, but use occasionally alongside the Enconas and it's value enough. Enjoy. Review: Great seller, fast delivery - Awesome flavour, not for the feint hearted, the amount of heat is incredible and believe me, this one burns at both ends, my old Beatles drummer wasn't as impressed as I was injesting this product. Great on hotdogs and good as a dare at work, place random bits onto a pizza for pizza roulette, you will know when someone finds a piece.

Tasty and hot, but not the hottest in the same range
Loved the fruity and smokey flavour profile. That said, I put on a couple of tablespoons over a burger and didn't feel any intense mouth or lip burn. It was hot, but tame. Would buy it again but it's a 6 out of 10 heat.

Best heat to flavour ratio of any hot sauce I've tried!
This is by far the best hot sauce I've ever bought! The fact it's around 550,000 scovilles without extract in is insane! It means you can truly appreciate the flavours without getting the overpowering extract sting! Amazing flavours going on... I use a few splashes in a bacon sandwich and it's SO GOOD! Also really good added to tomato based sauces/meals! It is HOT, use sparingly if you're not used to seriously hot sauces... but if you are, it can be used more as a condiment.

The Fiery Fool will destroy you
This is what a chilli sauce is all about. It’s super thick - full of seeds with chunks of chilli and sun-dried tomato - not a watery sauce like so many others. This is the real deal. The four peppers (7 pot primo, Reaper, Scorpion and Ghost) all burn in different places, so a sauce containing all four will leave your mouth with nowhere to hide. But this sauce isn’t just about the heat; it’s every bit as much about the flavour! It’s a testament to Hellfire that this is such a super-tasty sauce. It takes skill and finesse to marry heat with flavour the way they have in this sauce. It’s every bit as tasty as Fear This (another Hellfire masterpiece) but has the edge on heat. There’s no skill in getting a chilli sauce and adding extract to give an artificial heat, but you don’t get any extract/oleoresin here. The burn is from the chillies themselves and, believe me, there are a LOT in this bottle. Feel free to check out my YouTube channel (YerDaGaming) for a taste test and review of this and many other sauces.

Great flavour and good heat
Like a previous commenter, I eat a lot of chillies, I have raw habanero or Thai chilli on pretty much everything I eat. I needed something to step up from Encona, which I use as ketchup. This is great! It's got a great flavour and is really hot. If you regularly eat a lot of spicy food and are looking for something extra hot, this fits the bill superbly. The blend of chillies provides a great all round burn. Enjoy!

Hot, maybe too hot to enjoy.
As someone who has tried the Korean noodle challenge sauce and eats a fair amount of hot sauce, this heat could have done with some flavour. It may have had flavour if my tongue was still functioning. May have got too much juice and not pulp in first taste of this. Mix before you attempt this.

Not as hot as others
I bought this to ramp up the heat of so-called "hot" curry dishes. This sauce has a good flavour but is not as hot as other similar sauces I have used, such as Blair's Ultra Death. I find I need to add a good couple of spoons to a meal, rather than just a few drops. That said, it is more versatile, in that you can easily control the heat of the dish rather than making it very quickly so hot the dish is inedible or gives you stomach cramps.

Solid flavor, if a bit acidic. Delivers the heat as promised!! Not a joke folks. This stuff hits HARD, but is a very useful sauce for “punching up” a dish to some serious heat without adding much.

Un excellent piment qui n'est pas forcément a mettre entre toutes les mains ;) Le gout est très bon et le piquant est clairement au rendez-vous ! On a adoré !

Fear this! Tastes much better in my view. Still a solid sauce. Seems to go quite runny if you keep it in the fridge. :)

It hurts really good.

Sauce pour les amateurs de piments. Sauce avec un très bon goût différent de toute celle que j’avais goûté.
