First off, I don’t mix this in water because truthfully it gives me heartburn if i drink it like that; I “dry-bang” it. It does give that itchy, “I just rolled around on some fiberglass insulation” feeling, but not as badly as other pre-workouts. This gives me energy to push through my workouts on even my most sluggish days and it has helped so much in me improve my strength because of that. The pink lemonade flavor is the best I’ve tried so far. If I take a serving and end up not working out because of a detour in my plans, I’m not left feeling jittery or itchy or easily enraged, just a little more pep in my step. There’s no increased heart rate or feeling flushed for me either so all-in-all a really great product and I’m currently buying my second tub since my husband and I go through this so quickly.

This stuff doesn't mix very well nor does it taste very good but it works great. Good energy, solid pump and muscle endurance and great mental focus. I'm buying another tub but also keeping an eye out for other Preworkouts with these ingredients because they just flat out work.

Love this preworkout so much! No jitters, helps me focus got all kinds of stuff done. No big crash its amazing! Best part no sugar or carbs

This stuff is great. It definitely provides pump, it has 6g of citrulline. The caffeine isn’t crazy strong due to the sources but .... most of us consume enough caffeine we’re not sensitive to it.

I’ve used the flavor before and the taste Ian it that bad but it’s better than some other pre workouts. I highly recommend not taking this if you plan to go to bed in the next 8-10 hours. I had problems sleeping for some time before I realized this. But it’s well worth the pump and focus

Warning: Something is 'off' with this formulation. I've been using preworkouts for several years and have never experienced the nausea like I feel after drinking this product. Tried it 4 times and felt sick each time, impairing my workout.

This stuff is weak! Definitely not the pump i expected only thing i felt was that itchy sensation for about 10 mins, I can take this right before I go to bed an knock out.. there amnios bcaa are good though I recommend that

it taste really bad and made me sick to my stomach , I would never buy again
