Is it bee resistant ?

Yes... it is bee resistant. I have a blooming grapefruit tree very close to my feeder and it is full of bees but have never had a problem with the feeder regarding bees.

We’re have a bee and wasp problem. Will Aspects brand nectar guard tips fit on these metal flowers?

I do not know, I sit out trays, a small dish with water not far from the birdfeeders with a little bit of sugar. This draws the bees in the wash to the tree and not to the bird feeders

It is once you've filled it and it's hanging upright. However, it's spills some when you first fill it, because it must be filled then turned over and se of the liquid escapes from the feeder holes when you turn it right side up.
