Fragile
I returned the first one after it broke after 30 minutes. It speeds along very quickly, which is great, but it impacts walls quite hard. This clearly had an impact on the internal mechanism as the motor became detached from axle and it stopped working. The mechanism is extremely loud and you can't really hear the PJ Masks music over the noise generated by the motor. That said, my daughter loves it. It could be either more robust or a bit quieter.

Avoid buying it
Turned up and batteries inside were already dead. Been opened and used 5 mins by my son and already showing signs of damage and wear which is ridiculous.

My Son LOVES this thing!!
I can get him to SHARE any of his other Gekko toys...but NOT this one! The lights on it are bright and it moves pretty fast for a toy. The fact that he can play with it in the dark (after bed time) is his favorite part!!

Durable toy
Held up great for my son & he was hard on this car. He would make sure when he pressed the button that it would crash into the cabinets, chairs, etc.

Stops driving very quickly. Bought 2. Both did same thing.
We got this as a gift for my son and he LOVED it. But it stopped working after only 1 week (sounds still worked, but wouldn’t drive anymore). So we ordered him a second one thinking he did something to the first. When the second one came, it wouldn’t drive even right out of the box before we gave it to him. Again, sounds work, but wouldn’t drive. Would be a great toy if it didn’t have this issue.
