There are many Glucosamine and Chondrotin products out there that are much lower-priced. What makes this product so expensive and highly rated?

My 8 yr old pit bull was on a lower priced supplement, but after two TTA surgeries (both back legs) he was still limping some. He had been on his powder supplement for about 6 years. He was a very active, social dog before he tore both CCL's within a couple of weeks of each other. I put him on a diet and we got him a little sister to play with. He's been on the GlycanAid for 3 months and he's like a new dog. He loves the chewable tablet and he's running & jumping like he did as a puppy. About the only time he limps now is when he overdoes it at doggie daycare. Physically he's in much better shape and doing more. I'm not sure how much of a part the new supplement is playing, but I couldn't believe how much he changed after he had been on it just a couple of weeks. My 83lb boy is worth it. After the 1st month where you double dose to build it up, he's now on the 3 pill maintenance dose. I'm doing the autoship so a 2 month supply is about what I was paying for the other supplement.

How large are the tablets? I have a 12 pounder ...

uh they are pretty large..maybe the size of penny or nickel and maybe quarter inch thick---use a pill spliiter
