How do you change the date? I bought the watch, but no manual came with it.

Make sure you only turn the crown counter clockwise when setting the date. Alternately, you can pull the crown out to the 2nd position (used to set the time) and rotate the hands till you see the date change.

I don't recall getting a warranty with the watch. So I'm guessing 90 days. Sorry.
