These are excellent if you brush your teeth and wait about 15 to 30 minutes before using. I would have given these a terrible rating after I tried them once because I brushed my teeth and applied them right after I brushed which made it almost impossible to get the stips to stick on my teeth properly. (A lot of sliding around) Place the strips on your teeth by pressing firmly on both the back and front of your teeth with your thumb and index finger and they should stick tight. Let them stay on for 30 minutes. After I removed the strips I used a half paper towel to wipe the excess slime left on my teeth from the strips and then just washed my mouth out. These work the best of any strips I have ever used and you will notice results after just one use. I have old teeth and I drink a lot of coffee and these strips make my old teeth look young.

These work great and are so much cheaper than what you can buy at the store. I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 due to the packaging. No matter how careful you are opening them, 80% of the time one of the strips gets messed up. You can still use it, but it is annoying. I've bought these several times.

I can't really review the efficacy of the whitening strips because in all honesty they are almost impossible to remove from the packaging. The strips themselves are extremely rubbery and stick to themselves when one attempts to remove them. Application is also very difficult for this same reason. Although they were much less expensive than the Crest Whitestrips initially, in the end they will not be so due to the attrition rate. Their whitening ability might be excellent once one is able to actually apply the strips, but since I have not been effectively able to do so I cannot provide a review of that.

I have very sensitive teeth and whitening is usually a really unpleasant process, but this product doesn't bother me. I have had no discomfort at all. I am half way through my strips and my teeth are noticeably whiter. Yay!

I don't know if it was my order - but the whitening material sticks to the package, and not the strips - therefore the strips will not stick to your teeth. I had to wait a month from when I purchased them till I was able to use them, so maybe that was it - but after trying to scrap the whitening material from the package to the strips, i just gave up after 2.

I loved this product! Got compliments one month after using.
